My relative has been in this care home for a number of years and I have always found her to be well cared for and settled. The staff treat her with respect and are gentle with her. Her room is usually always clean and tidy. The management and staff are very approachable and I know if I had any concerns I will be listened to. The activities team are great and provide a super amount of activities if the resident so wishes.
