All staff were very caring with my brother, and also showed great respect during his stay there.
Always checking on him, making sure he was comfortable as his illness took hold.
Thanks to all staff for the respect and dignity you showed to him and to the family.

My mum was in their care for 3 years has just passed away, lovely ladies always did their best, cannot fault any of them, always helpful with a smile, I would say anyone going into Florence House will find them lovely always gave you a drink and a chatter, thank you all.

Have found all members of staff to be very helpful and friendly while maintaining a professional attitude. Anything I am unsure of has been explained to me without exception. I feel my daughter is being very well cared for under difficult circumstances.

My brother has been a resident here for a while. I like the help and care he is given. He would not be able to support himself in the community and the staff have improved and lengthened his life in the home. My mind is at ease knowing he is looked after and cared for in this home.

I am very happy with the care my aunt is getting at Florence House. She is well looked after and she is enjoying the company and has put on weight which is good. Also the staff are very nice, they are so nice to speak to.

I find my Dad has settled well in the home, and staff and managers are very good to talk to. He likes to participate in all activities and that keeps him going. My daughter moved to Florence House after the sudden closure of her previous nursing home towards the end of last year. It was a very traumatic and upsetting time for everyone involved. The nurses and care workers at Florence House have been excellent since then. My daughter's needs are complex, and
the staff at Florence House have worked closely with me to understand and adapt to her needs. My daughter has now settled in at her new home and I can't speak highly enough about the warmth, dedication and professionalism of everyone at Florence House. I would have no hesitation in recommending Florence House to other people looking for a safe and friendly environment for their loved ones.
