Good care.
The care was outstanding, and he was nursed back to health following a stay in hospital, which we thought he may not recover from. He was treated with respect and care throughout his time at Campsie View.
From the first day walking into Campsie View Care Home we were made welcome from management to all the staff, they look after our mum as if she was their own mother, so attentive, caring, supportive, good communication, always address them by their name, explain to them what they are doing before doing anything, good activities, film room, look after their clothing, ironing and putting them away, clean rooms, tea and coffee served often. Campsie View Care Home is such a great place, they are such a great team - family, would 100% recommend this care home.
All the staff were helpful and friendly as usual. I always feel part of the Campsie View family when I visit. Thank you all so very much.
We have been absolutely delighted with Campsie View. Mum has been there for over a year now in the specialist dementia unit. When she moved in she was very confused, having been in hospital during lockdown. The improvement in her physical and mental well-being have been remarkable. All the staff are absolutely lovely and there is a real sense of compassion for Mum, which is so reassuring.
Excellent food. Staff and every person lovely.
Best care home I've ever visited. No bad smells, patrons are always clean and well-presented and staff are genuinely happy, caring and very patient. Attentive to my mother's needs.
My mum has been resident in Campsie View Care Home for two months. I was very anxious, however the care staff could not have been more caring and helpful in settling her in. The general care is very good and staff are extremely accommodating in being flexible to meet my mum's needs. All of the staff, from laundry and domestic to nursing team, are friendly and welcoming. I definitely am delighted with the level of care my mum has received to date.
So, a big thanks again to staff for helping out.
On arrival, to the care home, of my friend I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the reception area, no smells as is sometimes the case in care homes. The friendliness of management and all staff certainly put my friend and myself at ease. All aspects of care are given full and professional attention, worthy care home for award.
My dad is very settled in the home and the staff are very caring and helpful.
I don't use the TV much.
WIFI dreadful.

The staff are very helpful.
Thank you for your feedback about our home. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive.
Care home staff are very attentive.
Thank you for your positive feedback towards our home. We are pleased to hear how satisfied you are with the care you receive from our team.
When I came into the home with my sister we were made to feel very comfortable by the manager who kindly showed us around the place and introduced us to the staff members available on that day and must say, they were all so kind and genuinely cared and loved all the residents and it was all natural to them too. We agreed this was the place for our dad, age 93. He has his independence back and just loves it. As a family, we are so pleased with the outcome and so appreciative to everyone working there.
Thank you, David, for your comments about your recent experience at our home. Our residents' well-being is our main priority and it is great to hear that you were so pleased with the quality of our care. All of our staff are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and it is very rewarding to have their efforts recognised.
This is a well-run home, staff and management are excellent.
What I and the family would like is a quiet room for relatives to go with my husband when we visit, as you are in his bedroom or sitting with him in the lounge area which is not very good as you're using the clients' chairs which I do not think is suitable, also the TV is on too! Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to leave our home feedback, we are so pleased to hear you feel the team are welcoming and helpful. In regards to a room for visiting, following a conversation with the home manager, she has advised that there is a large room at the end of the corridor that can be used...
My husband is well cared for at the home. Staff look after him well.
My relative has been a resident in Campsie View Care Home for almost five years. He is very well looked after and cared for. The staff are kind, caring, and show respect to everyone, including myself. They know my relative well and treat him with love and kindness. He is happy and content. My thanks go to all the lovely staff in all areas and professions.
I would like to thank all the staff and management for the wonderful care my mum received during the eight months she resided at Campsie View Care Home. Nothing was too much for the staff, they were so kind and attentive to my mum and fellow residents. Excellent with visitors too. Mum died 29/01/2022.
Thank you, Heather, for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience at Campsie View Care Home. We are so sorry to hear about your mum but pleased you felt she was treated with great care and hope that her time at Campsie View did see some friendships flourish, especially with the care team. If there is anything more we can do, please do not hesitate to reach out.
