Very happy with the standard of care shown to my father. The home is clean, the staff are very pleasant, and the meals are good. I am pleased my mind is at rest, knowing he will be well looked after.
Thank you, Charles, for letting us know how we are doing at Campsie View Care Home. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing.
I am very happy with the care my mum receives at Campsie View. The staff and management are very approachable and helpful, and Mum is always treated with dignity and respect. The home is brightly decorated and is always fresh. Her own room is nice and able to be personally decorated. The staff have been terrific during the pandemic.
The staff always did all they could to help us with the visits. The various types of visits were the best they were allowed to give us and were always welcome. I thank them all for that.
Campsie View has now been Mum's home for many years. She is very comfortable and well looked after by all the staff who are very attentive and caring. The home is bright, well maintained and regularly decorated. The manager is very contactable and quick to respond to any inquiry and has shown very positive leadership through the uncharted territory of the pandemic which has been very reassuring for the family. The food is particularly good and it's great to be able to sit down for a meal with my mum.
Happy with the care my mother is receiving.
My mother has been in Campsie View for two years. She can be difficult to deal with, and I think the staff do a great job. They seem to be engaged with her and take a real interest in her. During these difficult times, they have been great at keeping me informed and arranging visits when possible.

Campsie View Care Home have looked after my sister in the Bruce section of the home for the last two years. The last twelve months have been a period of continuous improvement. The staff have been excellent and nothing is to much trouble for them. The management have an open door policy which is very reassuring in these trying times. All good.
The staff are wonderful with Dad and keep in touch with us regularly. Nothing has been too much bother and our requests are always dealt with professionally and with good humour.
We’ve met very few staff in person but very much look forward to a time when we can. Thank you to everyone.
At the point of this review, we’ve been unable to visit inside the home.
Thank you, Heather, for your wonderful feedback about our home. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and appreciate all of your kind comments about our team.
Staff are always willing to go that extra mile to support the residents, always happy to help with any enquires. Due to Covid I have been unable to see inside the home and had to make do with window visits and Skype calls but overall my relative seems to be well cared for.

The manager and his deputy impress me by their professionalism. When I phone to ask about my cousin or to speak to him my call is dealt with rapidly and efficiently. My cousin is pleased with his diet and with those who care for him.

Quietly located away from busy main roads, local shopping and amenities. Always clean and tidy and I can't be more positive about the staff who are all wonderful and really enjoy working there. Staff are very caring, informative, helpful and friendly, from cleaning staff to care staff and management. Nice atmosphere for residents and visitors.
Thank you, Paul, for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience of our home. We are pleased to learn it has been so positive and look forward to seeing you again soon. Take care.
The family were so worried about covid-19 but we are so impressed with the way you shut down immediately to protect the residents. Also under lockdown, they have been so kind to share photos on their page for my dad to see and today we had a video call with the family so Dad could see us. Go well beyond their call of duty. Management should praise the carers and nurses as well as laundry, cleaners, office and activity staff. The cooks and kitchen staff should also be praised for their hard work. Well done guys.
Thank you, Lorna, for your wonderful feedback about our home. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority, so are pleased you feel your Dad is receiving the best quality care. We also appreciate your kind comments about our team, as they are all working incredibly hard...
My father is far from the easiest to deal with, but the staff take it in their stride. They are respectful, caring, attentive and very proactive. They always keep me up to date with anything regarding my father's care and never make me feel that I am troubling them when I call.
They all work incredibly hard, from the domestic and catering staff to the care and nursing staff, friendly admin, approachable management and the ever-enthusiastic entertainment staff.
I always noticed a great sense of camaraderie amongst them when I'm there. In these extremely hard times with Covid-19 so much a threat, the staff are going above and beyond to keep spirits high and make life as normal as possible for residents. I am so grateful to them.

Phoned the care home and spoke to a carer for an update on my mother-in-law due to the whole coronavirus. She was very upbeat and pleasant. This is someone who at this moment in time must be seriously under pressure but taking things in her stride. Thank you.

I help with a small group of residents with dementia every 4 weeks. The group is well organised by the staff. The residents always seem to benefit from the songs, poems and extra displays I and my other volunteer do. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

I like the staff and the cleanliness of the place. The home has made great improvements since my husband came in. Meals are good and there is plenty of choice for the residents. The staff are attentive and the male staff give my husband lots of banter throughout the day which he greatly appreciates.

It's been hard having to let go of caring for someone on a daily basis, our family know it is in the best interest of my mum's health and well being.. being in Campsie View has given our mum a better lease of life. She has succumbed to the dreaded sentence of dementia. The staff are all wonderful with the residents and give fantastic care to all. Mum loves being in this new environment as she has people around her 24/7 and she always has someone to talk to or just hang around with.... would recommend the care home to anyone.
