Complete confidence in the staff's ability to care for my aunt, particularly when she suffers frequent episodes of illness requiring antibiotics and extra medical care.

A well presented care home with excellent staff, good food and caring employees. Residents being entertained often, some on outings. Local to me, which means ease of access.

My mother has been a resident at the above care home for 16 months. She is treated with extreme dignity and her needs are taken into account on all levels. I could not wish for a more homely environment for her as she becomes more frail.

Review from Bill S (Son of Resident) published on 4 May 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My mother was a resident of Rose Hall Care Home from November 2014 until her death from old age in February 2016. She settled in well and appreciated the care given to her by the staff and was impressed with the accommodation and food she was given.

The staff were very attentive and kept me informed and involved in any decisions about my mothers care, they also ensured my mother was consulted on all occasions. In December following her 90th birthday my mothers condition deteriorated due to respiratory infections. The care she received was excellent.

Overall Experience

I have no problems with the above care home. My mother is very well cared for. The staff are amazing caring, humorous and most are very dedicated. The menus are always on the table so we always know what the meals are, and I must say they always seems to be excellent. My mother has dementia and can be very difficult at times, but the staff always seem to know her moods and how to best handle mum. I can't praise Rosehall enough for their care and compassion.
