He has only been there for two weeks.

I am particularly pleased that she's taken part in activities and goes on outings.

Have no complaints about the care that my aunt gets since coming 15 years ago. Staff excellent and friendly keep in touch by phone telling me about her care and when they need my opinion if she needs anything, I would recommend home to anyone about the care people get.

Excellent facility. Well looked after and keeps family informed of everything.

My experience when visiting has always been good, and I always found everyone pleasant and helpful. I appreciate how hard the staff work and look after the residents.

Very impressed, arrived at breakfast time on the 29th of December 2024. All staff were busy and the support staff, such as cleaners were active, the place was spotless and we were kindly given access to seats and offered coffee which we kindly declined. Nice food. Visited my uncle's room and again - spotless. He was also very well turned out, like a shiny new penny.

I will say that when I am visiting the care home I see everything is excellent, staff, residents - everything is great.

In my experience has been really welcoming and I appreciate everything you do for my mum and family. Her care is amazing and I honestly couldn't ask for anymore.

My mum was a resident in Greencross for 8 months before she passed at the end of December. I can't praise the staff enough for all the help and care that Mum was given during her time there. They are all so kind and caring, not just with Mum but you could see that they felt the same for each and every one of the residents. My family was made so welcome when we visited and l felt l could walk away after a visit knowing that Mum would be well looked after. Thank you all so much for everything you did for my mum.

My brother has been in Greencross for the last year and I am so pleased how well he has settled. The staff are so friendly and approachable and are great with my brother. They support him for all his needs and help his life be the best it can be.

Mum is well looked after, although she can be quite hard work at times. All the staff know who/where she is when you phone. They have a good range of activities and events which all the residents seem to enjoy. The social media page is fantastic for me being a bit further away so I can see what she's up to and where she's been.

All staff take time to talk to me and update me on my daughter's progress.

We have found Greencross Nursing Home & Lodge to be excellent in the care they have provided. They have shown compassion and care and have provided support to the family when required as well. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been done to ensure a settled transition from the hospital.

My auntie was diagnosed so young with such a horrible condition stripping her of all independence. Greencross care home has welcomed her with open arms/ taken such lovely care of her taking into account such precise detail down to her little Pinot Grigio at night time. My auntie is always so smiley when we come to visit and has settled in so well considering the huge life change. The family can't thank you all enough for everything you do. The staff have been amazing and Angie continues to thrive every day in your care! A special thank you to one member of staff in particular.

Mum has been in Greencross Nursing Home for nine months and as a family, we couldn't have asked for a better home for Mum. The staff are excellent and very informative to us regarding Mum's health etc. Mum went in when Covid restrictions were high so visiting was limited and so were activities but now things are back to normality. Mum is getting out and has enjoyed the fun days with family in the home. I would like to say a particular thank you to the three members of staff who go over and above for Mum and the family. Not that other staff don't, but we have more interaction and involvement with the three of them.

I like staying at this nursing home, it is a very good place and the staff are very helpful. The food is good and there is a great atmosphere. Would not go anywhere else. Very happy here and no worries. Thank you very much.

Good food and service, staff and manager are helpful, obliging and pleasant. As good as a 5-star hotel. It's a joy. Good trips and fun. Glad to be here, it's a pleasure.

All the staff are very good, all have their relevant Scottish Vocational Qualifications. The food is very good, if there is nothing I like on the daily menu the kitchen will make something for me (no one goes without). The laundry gets collected by night staff, this gets washed and returned the next day. The rooms are kept clean by the domestics, they are hoovered and dusted every day. We also have a dentist and optician that looks after us when required.

My sister and I have been extremely impressed with the level of care being provided to my dad. He is thriving in this environment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The most impressive aspect is the sheer volume of activities run by an amazing team. Thank you for all your efforts. A special thank you to one staff member for all of her support.
