Overall Experience
Mum has been in the home over the last couple of years. It's never easy taking the decision to put your mum into a home but her nursing needs couldn't be met at home so she needed to move to a safe environment for her well being. I took comfort from the staff at Windyhall that this was to become my mum's new home and they were going to take care of her as best they could.
This has become ever more important during the Covid-19 crisis and to date, fortunately, all the residents and staff within Windyhall have managed to escape the virus. They took the decision to isolate early in the crisis.
The staff are doing a fantastic job entertaining and caring for the residents but now with everything else going on in the world, it highlights what a great job they do and how grateful we are as a family for looking after Mum.

Thanks everyone.
