she is very safe here and nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is the combination of professional nursing care and very devoted and kind attention that reassures our family.

When the crisis eventually hit we were relieved that Braefield could accommodate them together.
When my father finally succumbed to the ravages of a a life long illness we publicly thanked the staff for their care and dedication at his funeral and we meant it.
Yesterday my mother became ill and was admitted to the hospital I work In. The staff I work with made a point of praising the Braefield staff on her appearance and the comprehensive documentation accompanying her, rare praise indeed for a nursing home.
The fact that We're still dealing with the same staff we met years ago says a lot about about continuity of care, staff retention and the caring ethos of Braefield.

We are updated daily on Mum's social and medical well being. Braefield always has an air of happiness and contentment and that applies to both staff and residents. We feel very lucky that Mum now resides in the best Nursing home we have ever visited. The staff are very caring, special people.
