My mother has been a resident at Colinvale Court Nursing Home since February 2023. The management and staff appear to work together to create a warm, happy and welcoming place both to live and to visit. Her room is clean and bright and bed linen is changed frequently. As my mother suffers from advanced
Alzheimer's she walks constantly and therefore can be prone to falls and bruising, when this happens the family are contacted immediately and any issues are dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The staff are very approachable and I feel very thankful to have my mother in a place where I can leave knowing she will be well cared for with the respect she deserves.

Very good nursing home. Staff are brilliant and very effective in communicating with families. Granny is very happy here. The nursing home is always clean and tidy and staff are very approachable with any concerns we have.

My daddy became a resident of Colinvale in June 2023 after spending five years in a residential home, he now required nursing care. He settled in immediately to Colinvale, the staff are so attentive, caring, friendly and hardworking. On our first few days there I noticed there is always staff watching
over all the residents and I was impressed by this. We as a family are there every day and it is so reassuring to see how every resident is cared for with so much dignity, not only my daddy. I am happy and content my daddy is receiving the best possible care.

He is getting looked after well and we are happy with the attention he gets. He seems happy and has no complaints. The staff are really good and helpful. He is always clean and presentable looking. Always plenty of staff and very happy with management.

Colinvale Court has been my mum's home for over 15 years. She is extremely well cared for and the staff work really hard to create a friendly and caring environment. The management and staff are very approachable and communication is excellent in managing my mum's care. Listening to the interaction
between staff and residents is a testament to the friendly nature of staff who treat the residents as part of the family with warmth and respect.

My uncle has been a resident in the home for the past 4 years. He has been so well looked after even during the lockdown. He is showered, shaved and has clean clothes on him every day. His bed is changed and the room is cleaned every day. They are so attentive and caring. I am very happy with the care
he has received. The staff are brilliant and genuinely caring. A great place.

All the staff are very attentive and very patient and kind with my mother. I couldn't be happier with their care and continued focus on her. They treat her like their own family and keep in contact. If there are any issues with her health, they contact us when they arise, immediately.

My mother has been cared for in Colinvale Court Nursing Home since March 2018. As well as providing excellent care for her, they also supported my dad and myself during and after the initial transition. They made my dad very welcome on his daily visits (yes - every single day). He, unfortunately, passed
in June 2020 as he was heartbroken that he couldn't see his beloved wife every day due to lockdown. Although we were only allowed ten people at the funeral mass, we made sure there was a space for someone from Colinvale to represent Mum and the care home, that is how highly we rate the care.

Avoid this place if you want your relative looked after.
Disgusting behaviour towards my mother, they didn't want her there, so they washed their hands with her, and rang an ambulance without notifying relatives to have her taken away.

My mum is a resident now in the Colinvale Court Nursing Home for the last nearly two years, she is well treated and cared for by all staff and the staff are so kind to her and so helpful and approachable with any needs she has or any concerns we have, and she loves the wee dances they have on.

Really happy with the staff and facilities at the care home. Feel very comfortable with my mum being here and can’t thank the staff enough. Great value for money and they are super attentive with my mum. Couldn’t ask for a better place for her to be.

My Mother has been a resident of Colinvale for nearly 3 years. I can not fault the care the staff provide. They are very attentive and treat each resident and their families with the utmost respect. I am very happy with Colinvale and would highly recommend it.

Since my mum arrived in Colinvale she has been treated with dignity, respect and care. The staff treat her like family and keep us updated on how she is. During this difficult time when visiting has had to be put on hold, they have provided updates and video calls to help keep a connection. The staff
are amazing and doing a fantastic job of keeping my mum and the other residents safe.

My brother was a resident at Colinvale Court for 7 years and I can honestly say the staff there looked after him like he was a member of their family.
I was constantly updated on how he was doing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
This year was very challenging for them all and they did

As a family we were very pleased with the care given to our mummy and wife during her two year stay at Colinvale Court. We had lots of visits and always felt like part of the family. Mummy settled in well and was very happy and comfortable while living here. During the pandemic we were kept well informed
by the staff who continued to be very caring and professional in looking after her. Even though it was very difficult not having visits and contact with her during lockdown we all appreciated the measures taken to keep the residents and staff save from Covid.
