The home has provided all aids necessary e.g Crash mat and alarm. All staff are very patient and tolerant with her, as she has dementia. They have got to know about her upbringing and life and would encourage her to talk about her life. Not only that they have got to know all of us as a family. When
I visit it is like visiting mum at her home.

I find the standard of care within Galgorm Care Home, next to none from the cleaners to the home manager. Each and every member of staff is approachable, professional and dedicated within their field. My mother is extremely happy, and I can't thank the staff enough for my mother's care and peace of

My dad was so well cared for while in Galgorm care home. I really was content to leave my dad in the very capable hands of all the staff from nurses, carers, domestics and management. My dad was cared for really well in all aspects of his needs and with dignity. He was made to feel like part of a big
family. I had bad experiences with another care home so was very apprehensive about leaving dad to someone else's care but the staff were all very reassuring to me and also followed through with anything I asked them to do. I was able to relax at home knowing that my dad was fine. I would have no hesitation to have my dad stay here again, and in fact if dad ever needs to be in a home permanently I would like it to be here.
