We are very happy with the care my aunt receives. Every time we visit, we are welcomed with a smile by the lovely, friendly staff. There is always a warm + happy atmosphere, and it is reassuring to know that she is being so well looked after + cared for. We are very grateful to all the staff for everything they do.

Our family are extremely happy with the excellent care our mother receives in Somerton Private Nursing Home. It is like a 'home from home' and all residents are treated with respect and care. It stood out among other homes for us, because it had an excellent activities co-ordinator, who values each residents interests and takes time to get to know their individual likes and dislikes. The staff continuously make efforts to improve the home for the residents and will take on board suggestions from the family.

Fantastic home, so many lovely staff who genuinely care about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is great with family. Family member always clean, washed, hair done and nails done. Entertainment daily and all birthdays celebrated.

Since my uncle became a resident I have noticed an improvement in his mood and well being. All the staff interact with him and he is always laughing and joking with them. They adjust his dietary needs to suit his taste and I am always kept informed if he is unwell. Since he has become a resident my mind is at ease as I know that he is always well fed and looked after to the highest standard.

Dad has been living at Somerton since Nov 2019, from the outset he has been treated with respect, care and compassion. He seems content and comfortable. We, as a family, are very happy with his care. He is very well looked after and all the staff are always very vigilant and attentive to his needs. We are so grateful to them for their care and support.

I can not speak highly enough of Somerton Private Nursing Home. The levels of care and support my Mother has received is incredible. From day one the staff who are so friendly and 100% professional at all times have truly delivered the best of care to my Mum, she is really happy in Somerton. You hear some bad reports about care homes but this place is fantastic - ten out of ten.

My wife has more than settled in at Somerton she is content and happy with the arrangements in the nursing home. The members of staff and management are always very helpful and caring. On our visits we are always made to feel very welcome on each and every occasion.

Very caring home and lovely surroundings, very happy to see my aunt content and happy here. Would be nice if chair exercises and physiotherapy was introduced to the home as would greatly benefit the residents.

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, I am impressed. All the colleagues are friendly and clearly care. The posts on social media are excellent and show the extent the team go to make our loved ones settled. First-class establishment and team.

My father is very well cared for in Somerton Private Nursing Home and is treated like family. We are able to come and go as much as we want and bring him out for the day/dinner every day.

The staff are very, very friendly. My mother has greatly improved since moving here. This is the third home for my mother and definitely by far the best.

Both my parents have been cared for in this care home. The family has been very pleased with the quality of care. The atmosphere is calm, the residents seem content. I have been visiting for over 5 years and have never heard a staff member raise their voice to a resident.

Somerton Care Home is the best care home I have ever experienced, I was always so worried but seeing how much my nanny is settled and happy is such a relief for me. The staff are always so lovely and caring towards everyone, they always do things with the residents which is great to see. I just love how happy my nanny is which is so the most important thing.
