All the staff were absolutely fantastic, and the level of care shown to my mother was exceptional. My mum always spoke very highly of them and adored each and every one of them. I can't thank them enough for their care during her time here.
Thank you for your review, the team will be delighted by your positive feedback.
The staff and manager were very attentive to my wife and looked after her very well. They were also very friendly and helpful to me and fed me on many occasions when I stayed over dinner time. On the day my wife passed, the staff were all very caring and respectful of Kay and our family.
Thank you Alan for your kind comments and positive review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I will share this with the team.
My mum went into the Care home approx 6 mths ago just before her 93rd birthday. She settled quickly and enjoyed her time there. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my mum's needs. There is no doubt that they brightened my mum's last months and the activities staff got her actively involved in whatever was going on. Comments made to me by my mum left me in no doubt that she had become very fond of the staff members and had a laugh with them. Unfortunately mum passed in early October but again the staff were fantastic and made her very comfortable. Speaking personally from my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Strathearn Carehome to anyone.
Mum was cared for very well the staff every one of them were friendly could not do anymore for you. They were polite at all times. They updated you on Mum's progress. Willing to do anything. Mum enjoyed the food. Was always attentive when needed. Her stay was always made very comfortable. I will always be grateful to all the staff that cared for her.
My mum moved to Strathearn Court Care Home in May 2025 from hospital. From the moment she arrived, the welcome and friendliness she received made us feel comfortable which is very important when moving to something new. As time moved on and Mum's health deteriorated the care she received was brilliant. They encouraged her, reassured her and met her every need. At the end of her life they were caring, approachable and were with us during this journey. Mum passed away with peace and dignity and we were with her. We will be forever grateful.
Our mother settled well into the care home. Mum started to read a lot again and enjoyed the activities and loved all the care workers, nursing staff, cleaners and enjoyed their company throughout the day. Our family were always made very welcome. Mum was very well cared for and made very comfortable in her final days. Many thanks to everyone.
My dad was treated the same way you would have treated an elderly parent living at home with you. The staff were professional, kind and caring. I would give this home 5 stars and medically ensured patient never left in pain or discomfort and knew when to call the doctor. Thank you.
My mother is a resident here at Strathearn Court Care Home the care she receives is exceptional all members of staff are loving caring and a pay great detail to there residents and also to the family members. All the staff from the care home manager, nurses, care assistants, cleaners and kitchen staff are excellent at their jobs. The rooms are very homely and the surroundings are very warm and homely. We are always welcomed and given daily progress of our Mum. Thank you all 5* from me.
They have gone beyond our expectations and she has really settled in well.
The staff and I mean all of the staff, are extremely obliging, caring, and professional. My Mother-in-law has settled in really well since moving from a Residential home. Thanks to the manager and all the staff.
My mum has been a resident now in Strathearn Court Care home for a few months and she is so settled and happy. The kindness that the manager and every member of staff show my mum really makes us as a family feel secure and contented. When you visit Strathearn Court Care Home the staff all greet you warmly and make you feel very welcome.
Mum's care in Strathearn Court Care Home was excellent from day she arrived her care was good in every way. Her dignity was upheld to last day of her life.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care and attention my mother received from the day she went to live in Strathearn Court Care Home. All the staff from nurses, care assistants, cleaners and kitchen staff are excellent at their jobs. The rooms are very homely and the surroundings are very warm and homely. We were always welcomed and given daily progress of Mum's needs.
From the manager to the cleaning staff, meals, and activities there are no adverse comments to make.
We are very appreciative of all the do.
The staff and care manager were excellent to us and my Mother. (Great job).
My sister was treated with respect and kindness. I found them always pleasant, approachable and helpful. Always attentive and in good spirits no matter how busy they were. Managers and nurses were professional and always went out of their way to solve any issues.
My aunt was in Strathearn Court Care Home for 20 months. The care she received was very good and exceptional from the nursing staff who were superb. I have not selected the ratings for Food and Drink and Activities as our aunt ate very little and also refused to leave her room for the activities. The staff tried hard to get her involved but without success. The activities coordinator called in to see her on a regular basis.
My aunt was cared for very well during her 20-month stay. The staff were excellent in keeping relatives informed of any changes in health, doctor visits etc. I realise the need for staff training in all aspects of care and this may require moving people around. However, I feel the residents benefit from seeing the same carers, so that relationship is built. The staff were helpful and considerate, both to residents and their families. My aunt passed away recently, and I have to say how wonderful the nursing and support staff were in making her comfortable and also comforting the family during those last days.
My mum has been a resident at Strathearn Court Care Home from October 2021, and throughout her time there, has received the very best care from the staff. In the last weeks of her life, she was treated with dignity, respect and compassion which made the last part of her journey so special. As her family, we were treated with so much love and support and we will never forget that. Many thanks to the manager and the hardworking staff at Strathearn for doing an amazing job.
Very happy with the level of service given to my dad. Staff are pleasant and friendly and overall a good atmosphere in the building. Any issues with my dad's stay have been promptly dealt with.
