I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for the wonderful care my Mum received during her time with you, and especially in her final days.
She was always treated with dignity, kindness and respect and it meant a great deal to us to see how much everyone went above and beyond to make her time at Beechvale as comfortable and as special possible.
Your care, compassion and support not only to Mum but to our whole family made a real difference to us during a very difficult time. We will always be deeply grateful for the warmth and reassurance you provided.

'Beechvale truly felt like a second family, and we will never forget the kindness shown to Mum and to all of us.

With sincere thanks and appreciation

I don't have the words to adequately express the care our mother receives in Beechvale. Before she was moved to Beechvale she was wilting before our eyes and we as a family thought her days with us were numbered BUT how that has all changed. Beechvale has brought her back to life! She is positively glowing. She has dementia but it is such a comfort to know she is safe, contented, well fed, well cared for and HAPPY. She loves the company and joins in the daily activities. She has a lovely spacious bedroom with unsuite and it's kept spotless. Her meals are all home cooked and she enjoys them so much she's went up 2 sizes! Beechvale really is the best thing we did for our mother, the best care home filled with Earth Angels looking after her 24/7.

We could not be happier with Beechvale for mum and we cannot believe the change in her since she arrived! She is so happy and content and after 6 months in bed at home, is now up and in the residents lounge most days taking part in activities and making connections with other residents. The care she has received so far has been outstanding! Staff are friendly and approachable and have taken the time to really get to know mum, her ways and her needs. They genuinely care for her and have also been so attentive to us as a family as she transitions into nursing care. The home also has a genuine homely feel. It is warm, well maintained and tidy. Mum's room is cosy and clean with a view into the lovely gardens. Beechvale has gone beyond our expectations and we can't speak highly enough about it!

Really can't fault this team. Extremely well run care home, friendly, professional, spotlessly clean. Mum has been happy here since the day she arrived, and the Team did all that they needed to, and more, to ensure she settled in well. The policy of ensuring that the weekly afternoon activities proceeds outside visiting hours is a good one, and provides stimulation that is appropriate and positive. The sitting room is a nice haven of genteel calm.

I would like to thank every member of staff at Beechvale nursing home for the exceptionally high standard of care that was given to my mum .
It is just like a big family, from nursing staff carers cleaners laundry activities and admin.
Staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem .
Unfortunately mum passed away peacefully recently and the staff involved had such kindness and empathy which eased our loss.

Massive thank you to everyone.

My Mum has been in Beechvale for almost 3 years. The care and attention she receives from staff is excellent. She is living with dementia and it's not always an easy task caring for her, but the staff always know best to handle things. Management are very approachable and knowledge and nothing is ever a problem. Beechvale staff are Mum's family now too, it's such a warm welcoming environment to step into. I would recommend the home to anyone requiring nursing care for their loved one.

Very happy with everything. My husband is suffering from a severe stroke since 02/02/2022. Hospital for three months then Beechvale Nursing Home. He can't walk or talk and is spoonfed and toileted. The food, I heard, is very good and plenty of fluids available. I don't have a view on certain things and my husband is hoisted from bed to chair and cannot communicate with anyone but I am very content with the home as it is a friendly, country approach to all.

Mum has been a resident at Beechvale for 18 months now. She has been treated by all the staff with respect, care and thoughtfulness, just the way you would treat your own family member. Staff have rallied around Mum when she really needed support and have ensured that she felt part of the 'family' that is Beechvale. Staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum didn't feel isolated or alone. The home has a great feel and atmosphere and staff always have time to speak to both residents and visitors. I would highly recommend Beechvale to anyone looking for a new home for their loved one.

When I visit my gran at the home, she is always very well presented in her outfits. She is relaxed and familiar in her surroundings and interaction with the staff. The staff are friendly to me and my family when we visit but more importantly, they are kind, tentative and caring to my gran.

The activities and programmes they have for the residents are very appropriate for each person and gran enjoys getting involved.
