you have everything you need, and they still take time out to go and get whatever you need from the shops, if you have anything worrying you at all they come and chat to you about whatever it is that you're worried about and then when you have a chat with them you absolutely feel great afterwards. The staff make you feel so much at home. And that is what I call Culmore Manor - my home. It's just like stepping into your own home.

The home is kept very clean and warm and the food is good.
My father's care needs are all extremely well met, his medication is always given on time. When he was unwell recently, it was noticed straight away and an ambulance was called immediately.
He is always showered and shaved and his clothes are always clean.
All the staff are very polite and friendly and enjoy a bit of banter, nothing seems like too much trouble for them. We, as a family are made to feel welcome at any time.
I can relax in the knowledge that my father is being so well looked after and I would without a doubt recommend Culmore Manor to anyone.

I am grateful for the support received from the entire staff, thank you to the cleaners, caterers and care assistants who have been very important in the settling-in process. They are friendly and professional and their excellent care has helped ease him into his new home. Now, a year later, I can hardly believe how positive this move has been for him. The nursing staff have turned his health around completely, I am delighted to say that he continues to improve, and his recovery has been remarkable. He enjoys his new home and care which includes many excellent activities and religious support, which is so essential for my uncle's well-being. I can't recommend Culmore Manor enough. Thank you.
