My father has very recently become a resident in Oakleaves Care Centre. He has settled in so well. We find he is always clean and tidy and well looked after. We are happy with the standard of care provided so far.

I have no complaints regarding the treatment my mum receives in care home. Staff are friendly and helpful and Mum seems to be very content.

Mum moved into Oakleaves Care Centre on 4th of October 2021. This was an extremely emotional time for us as a family. The staff in Oakleaves Care Centre were so compassionate, gentle and understanding with Mum, my sister and I. They managed Mums distress and ours with kindness and professionalism. Mums
transition to Oakleaves Care Centre was much less distressing than we anticipated because of the way all of the staff deliver their care. This is much appreciated.

Mother moved into Oakleaves Care Centre at the end of August 2021. The building is bright, clean and very well managed. Staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly.
All in all, very happy with this facility.

My mother has been looked after really well! Staff in the home are so attentive, caring and down to earth! My mother is so happy; it is a great comfort to us as a family, knowing she is happy and really well looked after. If there is a positive on this devastating illness, it's that she is in "Oakleaves
Care home".

The family are very happy with her care, and they keep us informed how she is doing. She is doing well and is well looked after. Before the Covid, they were having visitors, and all the nurses would have games and bingo, and they would get sweets. It is very bright and very clean, and the staff are
very nice, and the nurses would talk to us. Thank you for all their help and good work.

The care home is spotlessly clean, and the staff have been excellent with my mother. She loves the food and the company.

A year on from my last review and Covid-19 has hit our world and yet this Greenhaw team of skilled, dedicated and compassionate people, my mum's surrogate family, have kept her safe and healthy. She is still surrounded with the same caring and smiling faces, the chatter and laughter of a proper "home"
combined with a feeling of calmness. The peace of mind that gives us, especially when we see Mum on video calls, engaged and sometimes even joyful, is immeasurable. To repeat my previous statement, as it still holds true - we all live abroad and it is beyond reassuring to know that Mum is safe, cared for and valued for who she is and who she was, in a place where her likes and dislikes are respected and where she is with "family". I know that my Mum is happy and contented and very loved and cherished and her Greenhaw family know her best and that is invaluable, better than any swish, modern building, that may be all bells and whistles, but isn't home. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

My father is a resident of Greenhaw Lodge and has been there now for over a year. During this time, my father's care has been excellent, and he has settled very well into the routine and seems to get on well with all the staff.
His personal care and hygiene - is very well attended to. His room is
always clean and tidy. I am very content with his care in this nursing home.

Due to coronavirus we quite rightly haven't been able to visit this month, but ring regularly about my mother. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.

Our family is happy with the facilities and the staff at Greenhaw. Our mother is well-treated there. A few weeks ago there was a serious incident involving my Mother and we were satisfied that this is being fully investigated and improvements made to avoid any reoccurrence.

The management and staff at Greenhaw Lodge are an exceptional group of people. Our mother is clean, fed and looked after with lots of hugs which is most important to her. She feels loved and secure for most of the time and as a family, we feel blessed to have this facility so close to us. However, I
feel that the care provider has not rewarded this special home by updating the premises and rewarding staff for their exceptional care.

My husband has been in Greenhaw Lodge for 6/7 weeks. I find him clean, tidy and well cared for, but almost always asleep or unresponsive. The staff are very patient, caring and I have no complaints in this area, but find the journey from Coleraine to Londonderry tiresome and unnecessary as he was happily
settled in another care home in Ballymoney.

This is a great facility, especially for my friend. I am content in knowing she is safe and comfortable. It has a spacious layout of areas. Plenty of room and space for the residents to live in. Maintenance and cleanliness are of a high standard. Staff are competent in their skills of caring for the
elderly and treat them with respect and dignity - including my friend.
