My wife has been resident here for six months and her care at all levels has always been first class. I visit her very regularly and have always been treated very courteously. Overall I am always very impressed by the cleanliness and care.

My mother has been in this home for over two years. Since she came in here she has settled in well. We were greeted by the staff and there is a very friendly, homely atmosphere here. All the staff have been very attentive and caring to my mother and nothing is too much trouble.

I felt my Husband was amazingly well looked after and so was I. Everybody was really helpful and friendly. I felt looked after and I felt confident in the care of my Husband.

Great staff. Great food. Clients are treated with great respect and dignity. Anything asked of them is not a problem. They mostly go over basic tasks especially when asked for something by family members. They actually pick up on the client's behaviour eg often a change in the client can mean an underlying
problem. Parts of the home could do with updating - bedroom furniture, and uneven flooring. Overall a pleasant environment to spend time with a loved one. I would definitely and have recommended Melmount Manor to others.
