Overall Experience
We came to see my relative at this facility and could only visit her in her bedroom. There is only 1 chair and my sister and I had to sit on the bed, unfortunately, the sheets look quite old and had not been changed for some time, and the bed had not been made (very upsetting). My relative has one window in their room, but can hardly see out, as the height of the window.
This is not the only facility that I or my family have visited, we have been in other care homes and left with the knowledge that it was quite a nice environment. Unfortunately, Greenfields is not the best. I feel that the standard of the resident's own room should be improved drastically. Our relative has come from an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home and unfortunately, this room does not meet the same standard. Or come even close.

On the star scale, how can I leave an honest remark as there are protected meal times? I believe this is satisfactory as my relative said it’s definitely not at a hotel standard.

Overall Experience

My auntie has been a resident of Greenfields Care Home since 2014, the manager and staff work hard to makes sure that she, as well as the other residents, are comfortable and that they feel safe, the environment is welcoming a lovely family feeling. My aunt can be quite challenging at times, but the patience shown by the staff is a credit to the manager and each member of staff.

I have dealt with Greenfields since 2014. I and my family have no complaints. I would recommend to anybody that Greenfields is a good care home.
