Beech Hall is located at the centre of the Armley community in Leeds. The home was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in February 2020. The home is purpose-built and finished to a very high standard.

Beech Hall provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 64 residents in single en suite rooms with wet room provision. Beech Hall's facilities include a cinema room, coffee shop/ cafe and a number of quiet lounges.

The home benefits from a Tovertafel table which connects people and provides interactive entertainment for residents, especially those with dementia.

After taking the difficult decision to accept a place in a residential home for our mother, we have been delighted with the standard of care and professionalism of the staff at Beech Hall. Mum is happy and safe and enjoys her relationship with her carers. Special mention to two members of staff who

From the moment my dad arrived at Beech Hall (Feb 2019), he and my family have been made to feel very welcome by all the lovely staff. He always seems happy, settled and clean and well looked after. He enjoys all the activities and has really come out of his shell since arriving at Beech Hall. I am
so happy we chose Beech Hall and it feels great to know he is not only being well looked after, but is also enjoying himself.

Staff at Beech Hall have looked after my mum for the last three years, during which time, they have been extremely helpful, always willing to help with any problems, and always with a cheery smile.
The home is always clean and a well looked after place to visit. Mum is always happy, joining in with

My mum went to live in Beech Hall almost two years ago. Although she had slight dementia she found care, safety and happiness in a bright modern home from home!
Clearly I was anxious about my mum moving into a new environment but the team of carers took her and the family into their hearts. This is
what makes Beech Hall so special in my opinion, the guys who work there. They behave as if they are welcoming you into their own home with pride and such warmth.
My family can't thank them enough! If by any chance you are considering Beech Hall for a relative my advice is, do it! They are awesome.

Difficult to give my meaningful review because of Covid lockdown restrictions, so haven't been able to look around inside and talk to the residents, families and all the staff. However, the staff I have dealt with seem competent and decent, and family member seems well cared for.

My father came to Beech Hall in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Even through these difficult times, the staff and management have been second to none. They are all caring, enthusiastic, happy individuals who have kept in touch with updates on my father's health and welfare. The home itself is immaculate,

Having used Beech Hall many times in the past for respite care we had no hesitation in choosing Beech Hall when Mum required 24-hour care. The friendliness of the staff towards visitors as well as their residents is exemplary. It seems nothing is too much to ask of them.

My mum has lived at Beech Hall for 4 years, at first she was very unsettled leaving her home behind and took a year to settle down. Along the way, there have been minor problems as there are with everyday life, but always dealt with promptly. I work in care, so I know a good home when I see one, and
this is truly outstanding. I can't thank the carers/managers enough for how they have cared for my mum.

My mum was only at Beech Hall for a few months, but in that time, she had the most wonderful care.
The home is clean, food is great, and whenever you visit you are made very welcome.
As I live in Australia, I was constantly kept up to date with mum's wellbeing, using video calls and speaking to her
every week.
All the staff are wonderful.
Previously my mum was in a different care home for 2 years.
I only wish I had found Beech Hall earlier.
Well done Beech Hall you are are amazing.

My mum was at Beech Hall for 3 years and it felt like she had a new family. My mum had Alzheimer's and rheumatoid arthritis and the care she received couldn't have been any better. One day she was feeling a little weepy and fed up as we had to leave, so one of the carers jumped into bed with her and
gave her cuddles. How long she stayed I've no idea but I know I left a very happy mum. I still wish my mum was there but sadly she deteriorated and had to go into nursing care. Not only did they look after my mum but they also looked after my dad when he went to visit. He looked forward to his chat with the staff and they always made sure he got in his taxi safely. Sadly we've just lost my dad or he would be now under their care. I hope I get the same care if and when the time comes.

Mum has been a resident for over 4-years. She is happy there, to her it is home. We are very happy with Mum's care. The staff and management are lovely and have often gone over and above what is asked or expected of them. Since coronavirus lockdown, they have been amazing, keeping things as normal as
possible for the residents, and lots of activities for them. Would definitely recommend Beech Hall.

Mum has been in Beech Hall just over a month. Having never had to do this before, it has been a heartwrenching and traumatic time for all the family but due to all the staff, Mum has settled really well. They have welcomed and looked after her, but also looked after us answering any questions with compassion,
caring and kindness. We are so grateful that Mum is so well cared for, happy and content. A real home from home, with lovely staff.

My Mum was welcomed to Beech Hall in October 2018 and straight away felt safe and secure there. The staff treat her with dignity and care and she feels and says that this is her home. She is always happy to get back to Beech Hall after being taken out by myself and her two other daughters. We, as her
family, feel so relieved that our lovely Mum is looked after so well and never says she is missing her old home now. We will continue to share her care with Beech Hall and ourselves as long as we can. Thank you all.
