Beech Hall is located at the centre of the Armley community in Leeds. The home was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in February 2020. The home is purpose-built and finished to a very high standard.

Beech Hall provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 64 residents in single en suite rooms with wet room provision. Beech Hall's facilities include a cinema room, coffee shop/ cafe and a number of quiet lounges.

The home benefits from a Tovertafel table which connects people and provides interactive entertainment for residents, especially those with dementia.

The management listen to the concerns that I experienced at having to move my mother into a home and were reassuring. My Mum's needs were assessed and the staff responded appropriately to her. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Following my father's accident in 2018, which took away his independence, I am so pleased we found Beech Hall. The building is purpose-built with wide corridors, ensuite rooms and plenty of communal areas. However, the best thing about Beech Hall is the staff. All are very caring and treat the residents
with dignity and respect. When I visit, it feels as though I am visiting my father in his own home being able to make drinks etc as and when we wish. Really pleased we picked this care home.

Beech Hall met all the respite needs required. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright and clean and the food was lovely. The care and support given was very good and we would recommend this care provider to anyone needing similar care.

My mum has been a resident at Beech Hall for the past few weeks. It was a very difficult decision to make but, right from day one, the staff have been so helpful. Mum has settled in brilliantly and is so happy there. It really was the best decision. I cannot praise Beech Hall enough. The kindness and

My Mother in Law has recently moved into Beech Hall and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friendly and caring. The place is always clean, as are the residents. Any fears I initially had immediately disappeared. My Mother in Law seems extremely happy and relaxed and I know

My husband was met by friendly and welcoming staff who made every effort to make him feel at home. This room is bright, clean and airy. Meals are nutritional and look appetising.

My experience so far of the care given to my husband has been excellent. The organisation of the paperwork and contract initially was very good and the attitude of the carers to the residents is brilliant.
They are constantly engaging with the residents to ensure their stay is happy.

My father came to Beech Hall short term.
The care he received was very good.
He was made to feel at home and time was taken to involve him with activities.
Every member of staff was approachable and friendly and questions answered promptly.
A lovely place, you can see how much effort is made by
staff to interact with residents. Understanding and patience were very prevalent.

Would like to thank everyone involved on occasion of Aunty's 80th Birthday. The entertainment, a singer, was excellent and sang a variety of music over various era's which allowed residents to join in. A buffet was provided for Aunty's family. The food was varied, well presented and tasty. There was
a birthday cake with piped icing and fresh strawberries on top. The chef excelled himself and made it special for Aunty. Have found on visits that staff are pleasant and helpful. Thank you for all attention to detail.

My mum has dementia. She has been in Beech Hall for nearly three years. When my mum arrived very underweight, very emotional and unhappy. Luckily thanks to Beech Hall staff she is now good weight, content, seems very settled and as good as she can be due to her dementia. I would be very unhappy if she

Dad had to come here in an emergency as mum (85), his full-time carer had a bad fall. Staff have been fantastic to both dad and all of the family. We are so happy with the care etc. We attended the Halloween party, it was fantastic.

I think this is a fantastic place for my grandad. I've been to see him 3 times this week and there have been 2 parties.
He seems very happy in this home, the staff are fantastic and friendly and know all the residents. The staff have kept us up to date with my grandad's progress. I couldn't be happier
to know that he is well looked after and see him enjoying himself.
