I have been here for nearly ten years, and my care has been excellent. My room has always been spotless, and the laundry is the best I have had.

Such a caring friendly environment. Nothing seems too much trouble. The staff are friendly and approachable. The managers always have time to listen. I've never known such an open & welcoming place.

A memorable afternoon full of fun, celebrating the tenth anniversary of Wellington Grange. Residents and staff participated in a musical and horse racing activities, much to the pleasure of the lively audience. This is the great life we live at Wellington Grange.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased you enjoyed celebrating this special milestone at Wellington Grange, and that the day reflected the sense of fun, companionship, and enjoyment we share together.
I stayed three weeks in Wellington Grange following an operation on my lower spine. The care and help received were excellent and help me on the road to recovery. I have no serious criticism to make except to say the service in the 2nd floor dining room could be improved. It was painfully slow! I would have no hesitation on recommending Wellington Grange.
Thank you for your kind feedback about Wellington Grange. We're pleased to hear the care and support helped your recovery, and we appreciate your comments regarding the dining service, which will be shared with the team.
I stayed at Wellington Grange for respite care after breaking an arm and shoulder. I found all the staff helpful, professional and kind. I was impressed with the decor, facilities and the general comfort of the home. In speaking to several residents I know they are all very happy and appreciative of all the staff looking after them.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased to hear you felt well supported during your respite stay at Wellington Grange, and the team's kindness and the home environment made such a positive impression.
I was made very welcome from day one. Good assistance from all staff. Room and bathing areas always kept spotless plus all other areas. Excellent activities with good mixture of talks from visiting speakers, entertainment and keep fit activities, and meaningful films. Would have liked more involvement into visiting ministers fro churches and printed responses for Sunday morning streamed service. Excellent choice of food and drinks. No problem with extending stay for further three weeks. A very relaxing, rewarding and beneficial stay.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear you felt so welcome and well supported throughout your stay at Wellington Grange, and that you enjoyed the activities, facilities, and dining. We also appreciate your thoughtful comments, which we'll be sure to share with the team.
The move into a nursing home isn't easy for a resident or their family. But right from the first contact with Wellington Grange all the staff involved went out of their way to take into consideration my mothers individual needs. She made many new friends and they provided wonderful compassionate care for the last two years of her life. She was treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We know how significant that first step can be, and we're glad the team at Wellington Grange were able to support your mother with such personalised, compassionate care. It means a great deal to know you feel she was treated with dignity and respect throughout her time with us.
Two weeks in a supportive, friendly and caring environment has helped me recover from a fall and return home feeling fit again.
Thank you for your kind words. We're pleased your stay at Wellington Grange provided the support you needed to recover and return home feeling stronger. Wishing you every good health.
My sister stayed for 2 months in respite care. Wellington Grange is the best in class facility that I have come across.
Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear your sister had a positive experience during her respite stay. It means a lot to know you hold our home in such high regard. From all of us here at the home, thank you.

The care team treat every resident with respect , patience and kindness which has built a good relationship with my mother
Wellington Grange is modern, spotlessly clean and well maintained. There is a sense of home from the lounges and cafes to the beautiful garden.
My mother is happy there which makes me happy
All good
My father has received excellent nursing care at Wellington Grange. The staff are very welcoming and work together as one happy and caring team. The building feels more like a high end hotel rather than a Residential/Nursing home. Everything is clean and fresh with a lot of space in the rooms, corridors and different communal areas; which include a library, refreshment rooms and various lounges. The catering is very high quality with plenty of choice on the menu. All in all it has been a very positive experience for the whole family and my father looks in better health now than when he first came to stay two months ago. A big thank you to the manager and her wonderful team.
Every single member of staff who cared for Mum was gentle, kind, respectful, experienced and did everything they could, including spending a lot of time listening and talking with her, in the 18 months she was at Wellington Grange. Mum had a lot of visitors and everyone was blown away by the quality of the staff, building, catering, welcome and personal attention. As Mum's health declined the Management Team made time for meetings, and were incredibly attentive to all her, and our, needs. Wellington Grange is a gem.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Wellington Grange. It's wonderful to hear how much our team's care and attentiveness meant to your mum and your family over the 18 months she was with us. We're so pleased that you all felt supported and welcomed, and I'll make sure to pass on your lovely comments to the team. Thank you again for your kind words.
Putting my mother in the care of the Wellington Grange was the best decision we could have made to make the latter months of her life such a wonderful experience not only for her but for us as a family. The rooms are luxurious and the facilities exceptional, but the best thing and probably the most important was the care she received by the highly skilled nurses and carers who looked after her. They were all wonderful and worked together as one happy team. The other reassuring aspect was a weekly visit by the doctor. My mother died very peacefully at the Wellington Grange and knowing she had the best care possible made her death a happy experience for everybody.
Thank you for sharing your review about your mother's time at Wellington Grange. Were so pleased to hear that we were able to bring comfort and joy to both your mother and your family during her time with us. It means a great deal to know that our team was able to provide the support and care she...
My mother has spent 3 months having respite care and the service and care have been impeccable. The level of respect and care shown to her by all members of staff has been amazing and my sisters and I have been able to relax and sleep at night, knowing that she is being so well looked after. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wellington Grange to anyone looking for an excellent place to live or visit for respite care.
Thank you for sharing your experience of your mother's time at Wellington Grange. It's lovely to hear that our care and support provided peace of mind for you and your sisters. We hope your mother enjoyed her stay with us, and we'd be delighted to welcome her back in the future.
The team at Wellington Grange are exceptionally caring and dedicated, and the facilities are of an extremely high quality. My mother has been a resident for around a year and from the very first she has been extremely happy, settled and comfortable. The leadership set the highest standards and the right tone, making Wellington Grange a home-from-home with demonstrably individualised care and great attentiveness. As a relative I feel totally confident that my mother is safe, supported to remain healthy through good food and the opportunity for exercise, and given a wide variety of social activities to choose from. Wellington Grange is spotlessly clean, purpose-built and above all a very happy place to be.
Thank you for your review of Wellington Grange. It's wonderful to hear how happy and settled your mother has been over the past year. Our fantastic team works hard to create a welcoming and supportive environment where residents truly feel at home. I'll be sure to share your kind words with the rest of the team. Thank you again for your feedback.
This is about as good as it gets.
Thank you for your lovely feedback! It's wonderful to hear that you're happy with the care and support provided. We hope you continue to enjoy your stay with us, and our door is always open for any further feedback.
I've been in my new home Wellington Grange over 18 months and feel safe, settled and lucky to be here. Firstly the building is an attractive one with a fabulous garden and is managed in a happy, efficient manner. We're well fed with plenty of choice. The wonderful staff deserve a special mention. Our rooms are warm and bright and kept spotless and the laundry is also wonderful. Our activities programme is excellent. If nursing is needed I am reliably informed that is exceptionally good. All in all as a care homes go Wellington Grange is well worth the money
Thank you for your kind review of Wellington Grange. We're so pleased to hear that you feel safe, settled, and happy here, and that our care and facilities have exceeded your expectations. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us!
I've been a resident at Wellington Grange for about four months. It was a big change of life for me as I'd been living in my own home and was alone most of the time as my husband died a few years ago and my son and grandchildren visited me but infrequently. I realised that my life was very lonely. A friend who lives here brought me here for a visit, I was taken aback by the amazing place. I was overwhelmed and decided to move here.
Thank you for sharing your experience of Wellington Grange. We understand that such a big change can feel overwhelming, and it's wonderful to know you've found a place here that feels like home. We're so happy to have you as part of our community and thank you again for your kind words.
