As a dedicated home manager, I’m committed to creating a supportive and positive environment for both the team and residents, where compassion, respect, and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.
I have 11 years of nursing experience and 4 years as a deputy manager within a care home, during which I developed strong leadership and operational skills. I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and am driven by the motto, ‘failure is not an option’, which helped me achieve my goal of becoming a home manager.
The most joyful part of my job is seeing the smiles and gratitude from residents and their families. I also take great pride in witnessing the growth within my team and knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on the lives of those I’ve had the privilege to connect with.
