PNP Care Home provides quality full-time, daycare and night care for people over the age of 65 years. Respite care is also available to provide a break for those caring for loved ones, particularly if they have little support.

The experienced and qualified team creates a personalised care plan tailored to each individual’s needs, and endeavours to find out right from the start exactly what each resident expects and requires from their time at PNP care home.

Personal history and interests are the main focus for care staff so that they can tailor the service they provide to individual needs and desires.

All staff are trained in principles of care, food hygiene, moving and handling, and first aid. They all hold or are working towards an NVQ level two or three in health and social care.

Residents are served good quality, homely food each day, and activities and events are organised on a regular basis, including music therapy sessions.

Our cousin moved into your care home in February. We have found all our experiences with all staff excellent. We have no complaints at all. Our cousin is always clean and well dressed we are extremely happy with this. Communication from yourselves to us is excellent. All staff are very approachable.

I cannot praise PNP Care Home enough. My parent who can be quite challenging is receiving exceptional care there. The staff truly have the patience of saints, showing compassion, understanding, and unwavering dedication. I genuinely believe there's no better place for them to be.

I have seen such a difference in my Nanna since she joined her new home. It has given her a new lease of life, she's happy and always smiling. My nanna always tells me how she's had such a good day and she's made lots of friends within the home. The staff take amazing care of her and my trust in fully

Felt at ease from the moment we visited the home. Residents are cared for throughout the day with regular meals and drinks.
The staff are interactive with the residents and include them in various activities. All of them seem to follow the same ethos and I can't fault them for their efforts in making
my mum's stay as pleasant as possible,
The home is clean and secure. The staff numbers always seem to be enough to enable them to engage with the residents. Rooms are ample in size and ensuite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PNP to anyone looking to place a loved one in a care home.
I can't thank them enough for the help and empathy given to my mum during her time with them. I probably should give myself a pat on the back for choosing to use PNP!

My mother has been a resident at P N P Care Home for a little over two years and has seamlessly settled into a comfortable, safe and fully inclusive environment. All of the carers are professional and treat her as an individual, ensuring that she feels safe and participates in all activities. My mum
has been in care for five years and in all that time, my husband and I have never felt able to take a holiday without fear; P N P have changed that. We have complete faith in their staff and procedures and feel able to relax, knowing she is receiving the very best possible care.

I have viewed many homes over the months for my mum who has been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia / Alzheimers mix. As mum's main carer it was not an easy decision, but I have to say P N P care home and staff have improved mums life 100%. She is eating healthier at regular times and is offered a constant
flow of drinks throughout the day. I have seen an improvement in her weight and her skin is glowing. I feel she is back to her cheeky chatty self which I have not seen for so long. This is all down to the helpful cheerful and attentive staff who are wonderful. Although the Dementia is progressively taking over her mind I feel like I have a piece of my mum back. The staff always look after the visitors too, offering drinks throughout all visits. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a home from home.

The care that both my parents have received over the years, has been great. The staff are so caring and helpful. The parties that have been put on for families to attend have been exceptional. The staff worked so hard to make it a great day. The owners could make more appearances at these fixtures to

I can assure you that whoever you are, you would settle here and be satisfied, that all the staff will look after you well. The place is kept clean and the food is very good. A different meal and drinks each day. My room I have been given, I feel is like home. Comfortable, warm and homely.It isn't like
a strict school place. It is relaxing, it's not like being told to do this or that all the time. I would tell anyone that I think they would be as happy as I am.

In December 2018, my mother’s progressive Alzheimer's took a rapid turn for the worse. After visiting many different residential Care Homes and researching the most holistic and cost-effective solution, we found PNP Care Home to be clearly superior to all its competitors in the area. Straight away,
my sister and I could tell that its panoramic sea-front views provided the perfect lift and distraction to take a resident's mind off any anxieties complicit with leaving a lifelong home. Inside the rooms were light, roomy, warm and clean. Resident numbers weren’t overbearing, there being a variety of rooms, for quiet reading, watching TV, eating meals in a refectory, or relaxing and watching the world go by in a conservatory. Everyone at PNP Care Home contributes to its success, from the management level to staff co-ordinating daily welfare, crafts and activities, caterers, nursing staff, cleaners and the lovely tea lady who engaged with everyone, brightening their day with chat while serving tea and biscuits.

The staff are very supportive to my Mum. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the care home as covid restrictions only allow me to access the front conservatory, but it is always clean and tidy. The food is shown as a three-star rating, my mum hasn't complained but it would be nice to be a higher
rating than three-star. I would like to hear of more activities available. The staff are amazing and very supportive to mum and myself being a relative.

Like everyone in similar situations, finding a carehome for your loved one is not a task anyone wants to do. Truthfully, PNP Care Home was not our first choice but Nan always said 'everything happens for a reason' and I do not think we could have found anywhere better. It's very resident-centred and
the carers and seniors are excellent at keeping us informed. And her bedroom has the most amazing view of Blackpool Prom. We are very grateful to all!

My mother has been in P N P for just over 6 months and seems to have settled. Staff are very friendly and look after her well. Unfortunately with Covid we cannot/haven't been to her room so cannot comment but have seen her, on a video call, enjoying her meals. It takes a while to decide on a home for
a loved one but we chose this as it is small and are very glad we did.
