My mother has been in P N P for just over 6 months and seems to have settled. Staff are very friendly and look after her well. Unfortunately with Covid we cannot/haven't been to her room so cannot comment but have seen her, on a video call, enjoying her meals. It takes a while to decide on a home for a loved one but we chose this as it is small and are very glad we did.

P N P Care Home have provided excellent care for my Aunt for the last 2 years now. The home is fresh, clean and bright and the staff are always friendly and helpful. My aunt has thrived since living here. She always looks clean and well presented and physically healthy and well. I can't thank everyone enough for their hard work and commitment to providing a happy, safe space especially throughout Covid over the last 15 months. A big thank you to the management and staff - care and domiciliary.

Mum is very settled here. She loves her room and the food and says that the staff are very good. I know that the staff have a good understanding of my Mum's needs and always put the residents' care first which has been a great comfort during the pandemic, knowing that all health and safety regulations have been adhered to.

Dad settled in well. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and encouraged dad to join in the activities. The food, dad tells me is good and he enjoys walks along the promenade. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

I cannot thank the staff enough at PNP for their care and support over the last 12 months. My Dad found an additional family that he didn’t know he had, the love and compassion they showed him was beyond all expectations. It was a tough year with Covid but they always made sure My Dad was happy and supported us as a family with visits as much as possible. Thank you to one staff member who stayed with him until the end; I will always remember your kindness. Many thanks to all who cared for my Dad.

My husband was at P N P for only six weeks before his death, and I cannot praise all the staff enough for their compassion and professionalism during that time. I also commend their consideration and helpfulness shown to me during this time with phone call and visits at end of life. Nothing was too much trouble.

I wanted to write this review because when I was looking for a home for my Dad last year in May, we couldn’t visit due to Covid so we had to go off our gut feeling and reviews that were available. We chose PNP because it seemed very friendly and it was on Blackpool prom which is very close to Dad's heart. When Dad went in he was frail, frightened and so unhappy, he had lost his dignity and was unable to care for himself being 89 and with dementia. The home has transformed him in the time he has been there, he is happy and content, clean and well-fed. They took time to understand him and sorted his meds out. He was 90 this weekend and I can honestly say I never thought I would see him smile again, he is very happy and in his words crying tears of joy as he celebrated his birthday. My Dad was always independent and despite the initial challenges of him wanting to leave, he no longer does. This is a success story and that is testimony to the patience and care of the team at PNP.

My parents were in the P N P Care Home for nearly 2 years, sharing a lovely sea view double room, which, along with its ensuite bathroom, was always scrupulously clean. Sadly my father, 101, died in April and my mother, 95, in October, not of Covid 19. As we were in lockdown in April it wasn't possible to visit Dad during his last days but P N P kept us in touch, made sure there was someone with him at all times and he didn't die alone. Mum was then on end of life care all through the summer and it was made possible for us to visit her safely, she and us knowing she was being well cared for until she passed away peacefully. My parents were happy in P N P especially enjoying the food! I would recommend P N P to anyone looking for full-time care.

After watching a very moving documentary about care homes in Blackpool during the COVID epidemic I couldn't help but remember the truly loving care that was given to my mother last year during the last few weeks of her life. The dedication, warmth and devotion shown by the staff were all and more than I could have wished for, for my mum in the last stage of her life. And I remember seeing some of the carers in the church at her funeral, which was very touching. The home is very well situated with views across the sea. When being at home can no longer be an option and you want an environment for your loved ones that you know will be caring and safe, professional yet warm and loving then this is the place. I hope the pandemic has not caused too much distress for the staff and residents at PNP.

Thank you for your wonderful review, the time is tough as a care provider, the pandemic has left us in a very vulnerable position as we have a greater duty of care to ensure that the residents and staff are safe, we are trying our best to ensure we can protect our residents and staff.

I can not recommend PNP care home highly enough. My mother spent the final six weeks of her life at PNP and I could not have hoped for a better place to be. Both the management and staff were so caring - way beyond my expectations. It was a real eye-opener for me to witness the level of care that PNP provide and I am so pleased that I chose this particular care home. I will be forever grateful to all of the staff who looked after my Mum so very well. Thank you all so very much.

This care home on Blackpool Promenade is the best situated, cleanest that I have ever visited it was a converted from a hotel.

I have experience being a taxi driver going to many and this is by far the best I have seen in every aspect. It is bright well decorated, the décor is excellent. I would highly recommend.

From previous stays in 2018, I found the home to be much improved, particularly in communication. I only had to mention my nan's likes/dislikes once and this was cascaded effectively. My nan looked well cared for and comfortable at all times. My nan particularly mentioned and praised the food. All staff are helpful and attentive. The home is now a credit to the owners/manager, with the current improvements. Well done and thank you.
