Overall Experience

Very welcoming, homely care home. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are warm and spacious and clean.

A really good care home. Staff are excellent. Food is very nice. The TV room has lots of room to watch TV or talk.

I have worked within the care sector for many years and have worked with different client groups, I find my job both rewarding and productive, at PNP I have a dedicated staff team that strives to maintain a good standard of care, we are a small but friendly home, always welcoming to ensure people feel at ease and are assisted to settle in on their arrival.

I have worked as a manager for 12 years and qualified as a Registered manager back in 2007 I have always enjoyed the changes and challenges, in the care industry, keeping my knowledge and skills up to date, to deliver a compliant and safe environment for both my residents and staff at PNP care home.
