The experienced and qualified team creates a personalised care plan tailored to each individual’s needs, and endeavours to find out right from the start exactly what each resident expects and requires from their time at PNP care home.
Personal history and interests are the main focus for care staff so that they can tailor the service they provide to individual needs and desires.
All staff are trained in principles of care, food hygiene, moving and handling, and first aid. They all hold or are working towards an NVQ level two or three in health and social care.
Residents are served good quality, homely food each day, and activities and events are organised on a regular basis, including music therapy sessions.
Are fees vary from room to room, and depending on personal preferences, as some rooms are bigger then others, it is also helpful to know how much support a resident may need around their mobility to ensure the room accommodates moving and handling equipment , and staffing support
