Overall Experience

My dad went to Kiwi for respite and was so impressed by the care he received, he decided to stay on. I was delighted to see him so safely settled. This was the man who was never going into a home! This is from the daughter who never wanted her dad to go into a home.

Overall Experience

Staff, this includes the manager, carers, cleaners and laundry lady, appear to be friendly, professional and attentive to my dad, and myself. This creates a pleasant environment. There are plenty of activities, and dad can choose, which he wants to participate in. Lovely new facilities and dad has a modern and cosy bedroom. I can visit at any time of the day, and dad recommends the food.
