As a family, we are very pleased with the way Signature is looking after my wife. They quickly sorted out her medication, which prior to her moving in was causing her all sorts of problems and distress. Her overall problem is dementia, but here again, we are pleased with the way the dementia team are handling the problem. Their management experience and caring make sure she engages with other residents and is helped in the daily activity programme. The people working at the home, no matter in what capacity, create a welcoming and happy atmosphere. The facilities and furnishings are incredible, and the general layout has been planned to give its residents a wide choice in terms of activity or relaxation. Finally, the dining room is five stars, with a cuisine that is mouth-watering.

My husband, who has Alzheimer's, has had three periods of respite in this home. I also had two weeks stay following a hip replacement operation. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and always willing to help. It was great that I could see the care first hand and know that my husband was being looked after extremely well. I fully intend to use the home again for respite for him on a regular basis. The food was very good and the restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere and I was able to have meals here with my husband. The coffee lounge was particularly welcoming and a very pleasant place to spend time with my husband. The courtyard was also lovely and popular with the guests. There were activities and a lot of one to one support for the guests.

Since moving my mother just over a month ago from another London nursing home to Signature Wandsworth I have come to realise just what she has been missing out on in terms of care and attention for the last few years. For me, it is paramount that the care of my 93-year-old Mother is given top priority. At Wandsworth, she most certainly receives first-class care and this is obvious in the way she looks and feels. She is happy in the wonderful surroundings but then who wouldn’t be as this place offers the facilities of a 5-star hotel. Her apartment has a separate sitting room with its own little kitchen so it feels like home. The well trained and professional staff are warm and friendly and above all care. I could not recommend this home more highly, it is exactly what I have been looking for and somewhere that you can be sure your loved one is getting all the care and attention they need and deserve in their final years.

I arrived on Thursday 30th April after spending 8 very happy weeks in another Signature home where I left many very dear friends. My arrival was very special here at Wandsworth, so warm and the minute I stepped into the building I felt at home. So tastefully modern but homely. I am having the most amazing good and kind care!

My mother had a stroke early this year, after 7 weeks in hospital having rehab we learnt she would require 24-hour care. I didn't want her isolated with carers at home, I wanted to find a nursing home that could handle her needs but provide her with dignity in a beautiful setting. When I discovered there was a brand new home, opening in my neighbourhood, I hoped it would be right. I was lucky enough to visit the day before London was locked down due to Covid-19. I knew we had hit the jackpot. Extremely well qualified staff, a nursing home that has the highest specification I had ever seen and without a doubt, I felt it was right. Up until her stroke, my mother had been running her own business, driving herself around London and had an active social life. I had to find somewhere that gave her a wonderful environment to live in. We can't visit at the moment, so I call the staff daily, we video call my mother too and I have total confidence that they care for her and anticipate her every need.
