Our experince was a positive one. The staff are excellent, friendly and kind. My mum made steady progress week on week. We felt that she was safe and in good hands. This is a very proper outfit - top work!

It feels like a nice hotel for recovery for her and has definitely brought a sparkle back to her eyes - would like to say a spring in her step, but that may take a few more weeks of recovery.

I have been extremely impressed with the facility so far. The staff are all polite and seem to genuinely care about the tenants. The home is very tastefully decorated and feels more like a five-star hotel than a care home.

It will sound too much, but simply everything is excellent.

I have been a resident here for two months. I am totally impressed by the training that has developed this staff of dedication, provision and genuine teamwork in caring and serving the residents at all levels of needs, emotional and physical, with knowledgable support and understanding.

I came here on a short visit as had a broken my wrist. I spent nearly three weeks at Signature. It was a pleasant stay, and found staff very friendly and helpful. One staff member, in particular, knew answers to most questions I asked her, very helpful, 10/10. Another staff member also concealed very good driving and always got me to my hospital appointments on time, 10/10. Excellent activities. Alwats plenty to keep me occupied 7-days a week at Signature - really excellent care home. Everybody very friendly - sorry to say goodbye when it was time to leave.

The care team and management staff always have time for the residents and always find time to check that the family are ok and to update us with father’s status. Every fine detail is considered to ensure the resident's health and wellbeing is being looked after. Highly recommend.

The care my client has received is second to none, the food is exceptional, and the all-round ambience is more like a five-star hotel than a care home. Signature is quite simply the best care home I have seen in over 30-years of practice as a lawyer, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

My mum moved in last month, having lived by herself in her own home for some 40-years. A few weeks later, and Mum is transformed; she is loving the experience of being a resident in Signature at Wandsworth. She has got all of her furniture and possessions in her lovely room, which makes it feel like her home. The staff are all absolutely delightful, filled with compassion and professionalism, and nothing is too much trouble. She has been getting involved in some of the activities, and she is enjoying the company she now has with the staff and other residents. What is lovely is that you really can choose how you want to live your life in this home, how much time you want to spend in your room and how many of the activities you want to participate in. The food is wonderful. I can't begin to say how wonderful this new life is proving to be for my mum, and for me, as all the worries I had when she was living alone are now gone. Thank you so much to all of the team; you are wonderful!

I have been very content since my arrival in March last year. I'm getting to know people and routines. If I have any problems they are rapidly sorted by staff members. During this time it has been for me, a new experience, and I feel I'm coping quite well and it can only get better.

My mum stayed at Signature after she was discharged from hospital as I wanted her to be well looked after for a few weeks. Signature exceeded all my expectations in their care for my mum. The carers are exceptional; the food is exquisite, and the entertainment is wonderful. My mum loves it so much that she does not want to leave! I do not need to worry about my mum at all while she is at Signature. If heaven has a care home, this would be it.

The residents best interests are put first not financial gain. To my knowledge, this care home is unique in letting resident bring their own furniture and allowing them to be as independent as they wish provided it is safe for them to do so.

My mother’s move to Signature went very smoothly. I was really pleased with the speed with which all the arrangements were made. I now have peace of mind that my mother is well cared for by a team of attentive and kind people, and that there are medically qualified staff on site. The highlights for my mother are three delicious meals a day, a good range of activities, including pampering hand massages, and especially one-to-one time with carers. The reception staff are lovely.

I came in for respite for two weeks. My time at Signature was a huge success, and within days, I was feeling refreshed and happier. The staff were all lovely to me. I will be returning after my planned surgery for further help and physiotherapy. Did not do much of the activities as I played Bridge online most afternoons.

My main complaint is that I slept badly. The pillow on the first night was like a brick. I got my own from home. I am used to a king bed, so am anxious about falling out of bed after my knee replacement. A larger bed next time would be very much appreciated.

All of the staff at Signature Wandsworth have made our family feel very welcome as we have adjusted to my father moving into their care. In particular, they have gone to great lengths to help my father to settle in and feel at home and have made sure that his personal interests are accommodated and made sure that company is always available. They have also accommodated his dietary requirements, and he looks forward to each meal, which is of a very high standard. In the short time (2-weeks) he has been at Signature, he has thrived. He is more alert, engaged, and most importantly, enjoying life again. Thank you.

All the staff and management are very caring - I will miss them all when I am gone.

It is a care home that is meticulously managed and maintained, full of energy, and you can really see how happy the staff are and how well-looked after the residents are.

We couldn't have asked for a better home.

My aunt is so much happier with the care she is being given. She is much brighter in herself. She loves the food. All the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure my aunt is cared for and loved. I find the staff so friendly and helpful, and they will do everything they can to make visiting a pleasure.

It proved to be the correct decision as I now know my father is safe and looked after by the wonderful staff and carers at Signature at Wandsworth. I don't think he could be anywhere better, and as I am his son, it makes me feel much better feeling this way.
