A wonderful interior designer has been commissioned who has a real understanding of the needs of the elderly, but not forgetting it is a person’s home, with little touches such as wood-burning stove effect in the lounges to give a cosy feel.
There has been a lot of thought put into the design of the home and the architect who also designed projects at Moorings and Manor House homes, has created a beautiful home with a wonderful palette of materials that will set it apart from the usual care home design. The care and support he received were excellent from all the staff. Not only did they support my Dad through this difficult time but all of us as a family.

I found the staff polite, kind and attentive. The cooked food was for my mushy and tasteless. I can understand this as many residents seemed to prefer a soft diet other than that the accommodation and facilities were of a high standard. A variety of activities was provided for interested residents.

The management and staff here at Dell House have been very kind, caring and efficient after my major hip surgery. The food is excellent as is the cleanliness I will miss everybody very much. Also, I will highly recommend anybody to come and stay here.
