Very pleasant experience for both aunty and the family. Very good atmosphere in the home. All staff are friendly and caring. There appears to be plenty of activities and I know aunty particularly enjoys the cinema and her walks round the gardens.

Her room is very pleasant and housekeeping is very good. I feel very comfortable knowing that she is at Harrier Lodge.

Mum arrived at Harrier Lodge quite terrified after being in hospital for 2 weeks.
The staff and management were able to calm and reassure Mum that she was in a safe place, this settled her almost immediately.
The rooms are excellent and the care beyond expectation.

As a family we feel privileged to have found such a high quality home for Mum to stay.

I can't thank the team enough for supporting me in moving my Grandad into Harrier lodge at such short notice. At such as stressful and emotional time for my family and my grandad the team ensured we were included and supported throughout the whole process. I feel assured that my Grandad is safe, happy and comfortable in his new home. The home itself is beautifully designed and immaculately cleaned. Thank you so much.

I selected Harrier Lodge as the Care Home for my Mother due to it's proximity to where I live. The level of care and respect given to my Mother since she arrived at the beginning of the year is above and beyond the level I had expected.

All the carers who have attended to my Mother on both the residential and more recently nursing side have been amazing, it gives me and my family great relief that she is being taken care of with the respect and dignity for someone with Dementia requires, to be able to look after various residents on a daily basis with differing needs means you have to be pretty special to keep smiling and positive when at times your having to deal with challenging situations.

The home itself has wonderful facilities which include a great cinema room with a bar I hasten to add! There is also a sensory room that the residents can interact with to keep exercising the grey matter.

Thanks to all the staff and management.

I cannot praise the team at Harrier Lodge highly enough in the care and attention they paid to my mother and the support they gave me. The people are all gentle, kind, efficient, caring and fun. The food is excellent and the chef even accommodated my diet on the day I had lunch. The rooms are so well equipped, and spacious, and the sitting and dining rooms well laid out and cheerful. Of course, it is the staff that carry the day in a care home, and the staff here are simply wonderful. Congratulations Harrier Lodge, you are setting the standards to which others aspire.

My mother was given a very warm welcome by all the staff when she joined the Harrier Lodge community last week.

Everything is absolutely superb, the surroundings, the facilities, the food and most of all the kindness of everyone.
