My mother has been in Arbour Walk now for seven weeks. I was very nervous at first but I can honestly say I should have no worries, the management and staff have been a credit to the care facility. They are warm, friendly, and very understanding at a difficult time. Thank you.

My Mum was a resident at this home from March 2020 until February of this year when she passed away peacefully. During the entire time she was there she received exemplary care and respect from every member of staff there, in fact, they had become her extended family. I have nothing but praise for the dignity and care in which Mum and our family were forwarded from the staff at this home over the period of almost 4 years, especially in her final days.

An excellent well-managed home with wonderful staff from the manager, nurses, carers and domestic staff. A well-deserved thank you.

My mother has been at Arbour Walk since the Spring of 2023 and to date, I and my immediate family have only praise for the care and kindness she receives from all staff involved. I and my family visit my mother every day and we leave her in the knowledge that she is in safe hands. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my mother's care.

Cannot praise Arbour Walk highly enough. All the staff were kind, caring, patient and helpful at all times. They kept us fully informed at all times and answered all our questions whenever we telephoned (every day). They were very accommodating to all our needs during my husband's palliative care. From managers to nursing/care staff, caterers and housekeepers - too many to mention - thank you all so very much for being a wonderful team.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. It is extremely rewarding to know that our residents, family and friends are happy with the home, the care and the services we offer. Warm Regards, The Cedar Care Family.
The staff have been amazing, warm, friendly, attentive and approachable. They have worked so hard settling her in and through times of distress (due to her illness) they have been brilliant in supporting her. It is clear they are trained to a high level and manage very well.
The communication with myself so far has also been excellent, finding out as much as possible about my mum to ensure they can support her in the best way possible.
The home itself is spotlessly clean and the decor and interior are designed to a very high standard and are reflective of the care provided.
Highly recommend this home.

My wife went into Arbour Walk on Thursday 12th October 2022. She soon got on with the staff, to her they were her friends and nothing is too much for them to do. There is so much for residents to do there, sensory room, theatre, cinema, lounges, restaurant, etc. It is a very clean home and is very well looked after by the maintenance crew. There are cleaners looking after the building all day long. If you want a friendly nursing home this is the one for you and the manager visits the residents every day which is great. Nearly forgot to mention my wife is 94 years of age. A five-star home worth a visit.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after my mum for the last three months she was resident at Arbour Walk. She was treated with such dignity at all times and the staff and management were brilliant, looking after her and her needs. I couldn't recommend this home enough for elderly care.

Whilst my husband appears to be getting good care, the standard of communication is less than satisfactory. This is very frustrating for relatives. We phone regularly but with the utmost respect, it has to be said that it is frequently very difficult to follow the conversation. In addition to this, relatives have travelled a great distance to see a loved one to discover that they were not allowed access even though the visit had been pre-arranged with the office staff! I think the nursing care and attention to the residents is very good and deserves more than three stars which I have given in the category rating, but communication with relatives needs to be improved on all levels. In addition, the telephone manner of the office staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Thank you for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that you are finding difficulties in communication with the home. We are continually looking for ways to improve our service, and feedback like yours helps us to grow. We have passed on your concerns to the home manager who will be looking into the issue.
It has a very nice room and a high standard of cleanliness. He is very content with the staff and the level of care he receives.
Mum has stayed for 2 weeks respite. The staff have been lovely and mum well looked after. Would highly recommend it.

My brother and I have found Dad's care since he's been with you very good. He is always treated with respect and kindness. The staff are always helpful to us when we visit.

Arbour Walk has outstanding care for mum. The home is beautiful, mums room is always spotless! The care staff are so extremely welcoming and polite. The catering and housekeeping are absolutely amazing and would go the extra mile for you. I would recommend anybody to visit this home. Be sad to say goodbye. 5-star care home.

The care my mother has received is excellent. My mother caught COVID and I'm sure if it was not for the staff, she would not have pulled through. I'm always informed of any changes in medication, well being, etc.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. The pandemic has been incredibly difficult for us all, however, our staff have continued to strive to maintain the Cedar Care standard. It is extremely rewarding to know that our residents, family and friends are happy with the home, the care and the services we offer. Warm Regards, The Cedar Care Family.
