I find this care home very modern and clean, The staff are very helpful and friendly. Whenever I see the manager he is always asking if all is ok, he comes across as very caring and friendly. I go home very happy feeling my mother is in a good and caring home.

Mum was admitted from the hospital right at the beginning of lockdown. Arbour Walk has taken excellent care of her and done everything they can during this difficult year.

Arbour Walk staff have kept my mum safe and well during this awful pandemic. Her room and her hygiene is first class. The staff on her floor (Latimer) have been amazing and look after her with care and dignity. I have no complaints or concerns about her welfare and would like to thank them all for looking after my precious mum so well.

All members of staff at Arbour Walk are extremely helpful and supportive to my mum and us as a family. Nothing is ever too much trouble and with Mum's needs being demanding, support is much appreciated. Mum is cared for, supported, her room is always clean and tidy and food and drinks are always available. The medical team are always available to discuss problems and concerns and the management team always try and accommodate any needs we have as a family.

All carers on my floor give excellent care and kindness. They always find time to talk to residents. Having worked as a nurse all my working life as a nurse in a general hospital, I can honestly say I have never seen such caring staff. They maintain your dignity at all times.
