My name is Tracey, and I began my career in care as a night care assistant in 2003. In 2011, I worked in a nursing home, where I was fortunate to be supported by some incredible managers who encouraged me to develop my skills and gain relevant qualifications.
I later moved to a residential care home, taking on responsibilities around medication and stepping into a more supervisory role. As my experience grew, I progressed through senior positions including Senior Carer, Unit Manager, and Deputy Manager, before being offered my first Home Manager position in 2015.
In 2018, I transitioned into a regional role, which I held until 2022. Over the years, I’ve been involved in managing and commissioning new homes, and have continued to grow professionally with the support of excellent mentors. I’ve achieved all my NVQ qualifications and recently completed my Level 6 degree.
In my current role, I remain committed to ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is always the priority, while also enjoying the meaningful connections we build with residents and making a positive impact on their daily lives.

Before this, I worked as a branch manager at Weldricks Pharmacy for two years. I began my career there as a pharmacy assistant and worked my way up over the five years I spent with the company.

My name is Roshan Cooray; I am the Maintenance Person at Liberty House.
I began my career in 2005 as a building caretaker in Rome, Italy, where I gained valuable experience in maintaining buildings and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents. After 15 years, I moved to the UK and took on the role of site supervisor in the school sector, further enhancing my skills in maintenance, problem-solving, and community collaboration.
