The care home is a lovely modern building with plenty of lounges and dining areas which are well used. The individual rooms are a good size and Mum has a door to the garden which she loves.
All of the staff are friendly and willing to help both my mum and me. They take time to listen and understand.
The meals have been lovely, though I think they are short of a chef at the moment as other staff have stepped in to provide meals a few times, but the meals have still been very good.
The staff have helped us to get Mum's own recliner chair into her room and they test all electrical items.
There are loads of activities for the residents to join in and Mum loved dancing to the Elvis tribute. They had a lovely Halloween party and are now getting ready for Remembrance Day which will be very meaningful for all the residents.
Room cleaning is excellent and care staff are very good. All visitors need to wear masks in the communal areas at the moment which I think is sensible.

I came to visit my cousin and her husband today and received a warm welcome from reception. The lounge/day room was very clean and fabulous decor. Staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with all the facilities and the guest's rooms are very spacious with lots of storage and tastefully decorated.

My parents recently moved into Henley House together. My sister and I reviewed and visited many other homes but none matched Henley House. The building is stunning, very modern, airy and spacious. It sits on the edge of Ipswich and has the most spectacular views across paddocks and farmland. More important
than that though are the management and team. Every single person who works at Henley House are caring, kind, respectful and friendly. They have bent over backwards to help our parents settle in. The food is excellent as are all the facilities.

My mother had a very introverted life before Henley House and spent nearly 38 years as a widow and became quite reclusive. Putting aside that she would prefer to be at home, the pleasure I get from seeing Mum surrounded and interacting with people daily is immense, and although it is very sad that she
cannot remember the activities and conversations she has. It is a pleasure to know she always has company and wears a smile.

What an incredible home, from the moment I was welcomed in at reception to leaving. I was greeted by kind and caring professionals. The actual home is amazing, clean, spacious and full of wonderful amenities. My aunt and uncle were both really happy.

Having recently moved our mother permanently into Henley House after three periods of respite in 2021. We now have peace of mind and total confidence that she is being well looked after in a completely safe environment, The building is new and very smart and the staff are wonderful. So kind and caring,
nothing is too much trouble. The room is very comfortable, the food is well prepared and nutritious and everything is spotlessly clean.

I love coming to visit my aunt, the staff treat us like we are family, we laugh, we tease we have such a good time.
I follow Henley House on social media and share photos of my aunt enjoying life with the rest of my family.

Initial experience of moving Mum into Henley House has been excellent. She has a lovely room with a great view over the Suffolk countryside. As a new, purpose-built residence the facilities are excellent and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable, and they respect that this
is the resident’s home. They also have a good understanding of the specific issues relating to dementia care. Administrative matters were addressed efficiently, with minimal bureaucracy.

It is a very happy-go-lucky and friendly home. I am very happy living here at Henley House. I feel very at home, I have a wonderful view from my room. We have lots of facilities.

Our mum moved to Henley House in August 2021 so that she could live closer to her family.
We have had Covid to deal with but the care that she has received has been excellent.
It’s always bad when rules relating to Covid are enforced but we know that mums health must come first and we like many
have to work around this.
The home is lovely and very comfortable and I’m told that the quality and variety of food is very good. They even gave the odd wine.
Although she is switched on she is wheelchair-bound but receives care around the clock.
She likes the activities that are organised.
All in all a lovely place.

Very disappointed with the care my mother received in the seven weeks she was there before she died in July 2021. I explained fully my mother's needs before she became a resident and felt these were not communicated to the staff looking after her. The home was very short-staffed, especially at weekends.
Agency staff were used and this meant no consistency in her care needs.

The home is welcoming in appearance and, being new, an impressive building and grounds. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating as usual and also professional. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and personable. My father was treated with courtesy and dignity and I felt that
