Thank you for sharing your thoughts and we certainly take your comments seriously. Caring for someone living with Dementia can be a challenge when we don’t have all of the facts enabling us to best support someone. Given a little more time your concerns would have been quite easily resolved by working with us, as this is often a joint and shared journey for everyone involved. We do try to deliver the best possible care but there are times when things don’t work out due to the complexities of the disease. Again, I can only pass on our apologies that things have not worked out at Castor on this occasion, despite getting it right for so many others. We wish you and your family well in sourcing care elsewhere.

Our dedicated Senior Customer Relations Manager is Morgan Hicks, Morgan will be your first point of contact for making an enquiry for care at Castor Lodge. Morgan can also help you through the whole journey of moving into our home, this includes: Answering any questions you have, helping to organise the move into our home and ensuring you or your loved one settles into life at Castor Lodge. All our Customer Relations Managers are Dementia Friends or Dementia Champions and will happily share their knowledge and experience of caring for people who are living with dementia. Whether it’s signposting, assistance and advice or just a friendly ear, Morgan is here to talk you through anything you need.
