My mother has been resident now for 2 months. The staff are wonderful in the care they provide for her and also liaise with myself and the family when we visit. She is very happy and settled and we have peace of mind with this knowledge. I would strongly recommend Littleton Lodge to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones.

Lovely care home. Staff are very good and attentive and good with the needs of my mom who suffers from Alzheimer’s.
Can’t imagine her anywhere else now; she seems settled at Littleton Lodge.
All the team have been lovely and welcoming each and every time we visit.

It is never easy to make the decision of moving into a care home. But I'm so glad we found Littleton Lodge.
The home is beautiful and immaculate.
There are always events taking place which are very enjoyable and fun.
Every single member of staff goes above and beyond, so friendly and kind, which also extends to family and friends visiting.
There can sometimes be ups and downs but there is never a problem for long as they are addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible.
I can’t thank everyone enough for the care and love they show my grandad.
It is such a comfort to know he is safe, looked after and most of all loved.

Thanks to everyone at Littleton Lodge.

I am very pleased with Littleton Lodge Care Home.
My dad’s room is light and airy, with his own wet room, he has a shower every day.
For breakfast, my dad normally orders egg and bacon, there are always several options for lunch, and a three-course evening meal. Last week he had soup, roast lamb dinner, trifle and a glass of wine!
He does not have to worry about heating costs or anything. When he goes to the hospital a carer goes with him.
Dad’s clothes are washed and put away for him, and the whole place is clean, with nice wide corridors, all painted and well-maintained.
Dad has been on several day trips, his favourite is the garden centre. But this week (the men) voted to go to the pub for lunch.
Littleton Lodge’s greatest assets are the permanent staff, who treat the residents with care, dignity and patience. So a big thank you to you.

The bottom line is my dad cannot look after himself, and Littleton Lodge has taken all the worry and pressure off me.

Such a lovely place for my grandmother to live. At 98 years old, she needs help with getting dressed and looking after herself. Her room is amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. She is the happiest she has been in a while and has been enjoying all the lovely food and stunning facilities. So lucky to have gotten her a place here!

My parents initially went into respite at Littleton in November 2022. My dad was apprehensive at first, but the staff were so wonderful to him that within 2 days he didn’t want to go home. They visited again for a lunch recently and were welcomed with open arms, where staff consistently helped them and remembered their names. The facility itself is superb with incredible attention to detail and an amazing variety of activities. The staff are the icing on the cake though, as the genuine care they have for all the residents is second to none. We are currently trying to sell my parents' house and have looked at other care homes, but nothing compares to Littleton. I think I will be booking my husband and I in there when the time comes. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My mother-in-law is probably now your longest resident. She was very nervous about moving in. The staff are always very patient and caring towards everyone, and nothing is too much effort. The improvement in my mother-in-law mentally and physically is enormous. The staff greatly encourage exercise and self-help and occupy the resident's mind, so improving their mental capability. We are very happy with the care and attention given to all people involved. Well done, Littleton Lodge.

This is an excellent home. Mum is very well looked after and cared for, and it gives us the peace of mind that all her needs are cared for.

All the staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional. There is a wide range of activities available every day to keep Mum busy and occupied. Mum is very happy here and is well settled. I would thoroughly recommend the home to anyone.

We visited our neighbour, who has been a resident for three weeks. Words cannot explain the difference in him; he looks ten years younger. He is very settled, exceptionally well cared for and really happy. So much to take part in as activities and crafts galore are always on the daily routine to keep them occupied. You are made welcome as soon as you enter the building. Nothing is too much trouble, and they encourage you to visit whenever you want and have lunch with them, obviously for a donation, and attend any activity/function taking place.

What more could you ask for - knowing the resident is in a first-class, homely environment with a cinema room and a separate bar. Well impressed, and although he was a neighbour of 35 years plus, we felt uplifted knowing he is in an amazing home.

When Mum required 24-hour care in June 2022, we were fortunate to secure a place in this lovely residential care home. Mum settled quickly in her beautiful room overlooking the garden on the ground floor. Mum was happy and safe, enjoying her food again, putting on weight and joining in all the regular activities. All the staff were kind, and Mum enjoyed their company. In fact, whenever I took Mum out, she could not wait to get back to "home". When Mum's health deteriorated, the professionalism and compassion of the staff for Mum and respect for her wishes were valued by her family. Thank you.

I have to say this is the best care home ever as far as I am concerned. It is a real pleasure to visit my relative and see how happy and content she is. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are very friendly and courteous to visitors. You are greeted with a smile and hello. I have even had them say safe journey home. What I find amazing is the fact you are allowed to even join your relative to have lunch with them.
