Thank you so much for your lovely comments, it was a pleasure looking after your Mum. I will ensure staff are made aware of your feedback
Very professional in their duty of care and well-being.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it is a pleasure looking after your wife who makes us smile every day. I will ensure this is passed on to the staff.
My father was in the home for seven months. The home was kind and caring. All staff, from cleaning to management, were professional. I felt my father was safe and very well cared for. The food was excellent, the day-to-day care was of a high standard, and the nursing staff were excellent. I would recommend this home.
Thank you for your lovely words, which I will pass on to the staff. I hope your dad is doing well at home; we do miss him.
My nan has only been here for a few weeks, but highly recommend it, the staff are so compassionate and involve you every step of the way and go above and beyond to provide a high standard of care, they are very professional, and I can not thank them enough and I’m so glad we got my nan here, they treat her with dignity and respect and respect everyone. Everyone is so friendly and they have good staffing levels. Also, they provide patient-centred care and treat everyone as individuals. Can highly recommend this place. They treat my nan like she is part of the family. Would not want her anywhere else, everyone works as a team even the manager sat with my nan and encouraged her to eat as her diet and fluid were poor and sat with her and had the same meal to attempt to get her to eat. They go above and beyond and are glad my nan is well looked after and know she is safe there. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your lovely review which I will share with the staff, it is a pleasure looking after your nan and she makes us smile every day.
My 96 yr old Mother was transferred into the care of Lisbeth Nursing Home when she could no longer live an independent existence. She absolutely loved the Nursing Home, and all the caring, compassionate and professional staff members. She was only resident for six weeks before passing away, but I can state that we were more than happy with everyone who cared for her. I would totally recommend Lisbeth Nursing Home for their excellent Nursing Care.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments which I will pass on to the staff. It was our pleasure looking after your mum.
The home is run with great professionalism along with kindness and caring.
I highly recommend Lisbeth Nursing Home.
Thank you each and everyone of you.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass on your comments to the staff.
What an excellent place where my nan is currently being cared for. All the staff from the cleaners through to senior management are very passionate and caring towards my Nan and nothing is ever too much trouble. Very safe around covid rules and can only see my Nan by appointment.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it is an absolute pleasure looking after your nan.
My mom spent the final 8 days of her life at Lisbeth. She was treated with the upmost care and dignity. As a family we had open visiting and all the staff and management were kind and empathetic to us. She had the best care and we cannot thank them enough for making our mother’s final days peaceful. It’s a lovely nursing home with such a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend. Even after my mother passed the staff offered me support. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely words which I will pass onto the staff.
I would recommend Lisbeth Nursing Home without any hesitation. My partner was taken there to live his last month. The staff were excellent, especially the care staff looking after him. Management were brilliant too. Even when my partner died, on the 4 Sept 2021, they were there for us. The place itself was lovely. I thank you all for what you did.
Jennifer, thank you so much for your review which I will pass on to the staff. It was our pleasure looking after your partner during his final weeks, please take care of yourself and we are available for support.
I cannot find the words to say how delighted I am with Lisbeth Nursing Home. The manager and her staff are professional angels, the care shown is heart-warming and has made me realise that we made the right decision for our loved ones. In the short time she has been there the difference in her condition is wonderful to see, she is happy, well-fed and every need attended to delivered with care and a smile. I cannot recommend this home strongly enough, it is simply fabulous!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments which I will pass onto the staff. It is our absolute pleasure looking after a very special lady.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisbeth House to anyone in need of nursing care. All the staff involved in my mother's care have been exceptional. They have made a very difficult time so much easier to bear and we will always be grateful for the care and support they show both to Mum and us as a family.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I will ensure it is passed on to the staff. It is our pleasure to look after your mum and support you all as a family.
My grandad spent 2 weeks at Lisbeth for end-of-life care. We could not have asked for better care. Every member of staff treated him as if he was their own. They were gentle and his care was amazing. I too was given so much support and was able to say with him for as long as I liked. I spent 3 nights sitting with him and was made comfortable and was also well cared for.
It was a pleasure looking after your granddad, albeit for a short time, and I am so pleased we were able to allow you to have quality time with him before his passing.
My father came to Lisbeth House for end of life care. The manager, she was second to none. So helpful, kind, caring, compassionate and obviously did her job with total professionalism. As so did the reception, nurses, carers, cook, handyman and cleaners. Every single one of them deserves a medal. All so welcoming to myself and my daughter. I knew my father was in safe hands with all of the staff. Knowing they all cared so much for my father. Thank you all, I would recommend 100%.
Thank you so much for your lovely review which I will pass onto the staff. I am sorry it was under such sad circumstances this review has been written but it was a pleasure looking after your father, a real gentleman and I am so pleased you got to spend some time with him before he passed.
Moving mom into nursing care was a difficult and heart-breaking decision however I don't think we could have found a more suitable home than Lisbeth. From moving mom in and now six weeks later the staff have been very supportive of both mom and family and easing the transition. Mom has settled much sooner than I expected and that's largely down to the Lisbeth care team who have made her feel welcome and at home so thank you. Everyone has made the effort to get to know mom which really shows. I see the improvement in mom’s mood as well as her general health and wellbeing. It's very comforting to see her happy and reassuring to know she's being well looked after.
Thank you so much for your lovely review I will ensure it gets passed on to the staff. It is a pleasure looking after your mum and we are all thrilled she has settled in so well.
My sister-in-law has been a resident in Lisbeth Nursing Home for the last six weeks. From day one, she was made to feel very welcome. The lounges in Lisbeth Nursing Home are wonderful, making it easy for residents to mix or have a quiet moment if they wish. The staff are caring, attentive and cater for all her needs. She has settled well and constantly says how happy she is. I would certainly recommend Lisbeth Nursing Home.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it's a pleasure looking after your sister-in-law and welcoming you to our home.
Walked into a clean, welcoming area. Greeting was from friendly staff. Well looked after during visit. Everywhere clean and bright. Lovely food. Positive visits. High standard of decoration throughout. Pleasant garden.
Thank you so much for your lovely review; it was a pleasure having you.
