When I started as a carer ten years ago I quickly realised this was something that I loved doing. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to move from Carer to Senior Carer and Deputy Manager at Raleigh Manor. I am currently performing the role of General Manager and Raleigh Manor's residents are like family to me and their experience here is very important to me.
