My journey in care began in 2015, and I’ve been proud to be part of Barchester for the past four years. Throughout my career, I’ve worked predominantly with people living with dementia, a field that continues to inspire my commitment to delivering truly person-centred care.

I have worked as a Chef for many years in the restaurant world, but decided I wanted to move in a different direction. Being Head Chef at Raleigh Manor is more like cooking for a very large family. Food is a very important part of life at Raleigh Manor, and I love the personal touch this enables.
Emily is our second chef and has been a chef for 7 years. Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family outside of work also enjoying good food.

Hayley has been a professional in the care industry for over 15 years. She has specialised in areas involving learning disabilities and complex physical and mental disabilities. Hayley has a passion for dementia care and making every resident feel special, safe and loved.
I was born in Exmouth and have been at Raleigh Manor since it opened in 2021. I have been a carer for over six years now, more recently moving into the role of Senior Carer. I love my work and seek to improve the lives of all those in my care.
Molly came to Raleigh Manor from our sister nursing home in Exeter. Now with nearly 5 years working for Barchester, she enjoys her Senior Carer position here in Exmouth.

Katie has been a carer for 5 years now, both in the community and in residential care. She has grown up in Exmouth and absolutely loves living here.
