Kelly joined Tanglewood in 2014 bringing with her 14 years of experience in the care industry, working her way up from a care assistant role. Kelly worked at Sandpiper as a Senior Care Assistant before moving to Toray Pines and becoming Floor Manager, she then returned to Sandpiper as Deputy Manager in 2018 before promotion to Home Manager in 2019. Kelly is a SONA Ambassador within the group and has her Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
