Mantles Court care home brings luxury care home living to Biggleswade. Situated on London Road, the home benefits from beautifully designed interior spaces and exceptional landscaped gardens and is situated close to local shops and other amenities including restaurants, cafes and everything you’d expect from a vibrant market town.

Mantles Court provides residential, specialist dementia and respite care all within a warm and friendly environment with 24-hour care provided by expertly trained compassionate staff.

The home includes 76 contemporary en-suite bedrooms each furnished with carefully selected items. Each bedroom benefits from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a flat screen television.

The beautifully designed and inviting dining rooms and luxurious lounges are complemented by the home’s cinema room, spa and hair dressing salon. There's also a café which is the perfect place to sit and relax with friends and family over tea, coffee and other refreshments. The interior design of Mantles Court, coupled with its exceptional décor, creates a luxurious and welcoming interior.

Outside of the home you'll find its beautifully designed landscaped gardens which include occasional seating areas and patios. The perfect place to be during the warmer months.

An absolutely first-class home, more like a luxury hotel. Always spotless and fresh. Food is of an amazing standard, with great variety and plenty of choices. Staff are amazing too, from admin and reception through to the carers, chef and housekeeping. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Little touches
like a cafe with a coffee machine, hairdressing salon and nail bar and a full programme of events. All residents are treated with respect and affection. First class in every way.

Generally a good standard of care. Food is not as good as it used to be. Sometimes meals are below the acceptable standard. Seems to improve when the resident cook is not there! Communication between the home and myself used to be very good, but in the last four months, zero. As a result, I never knew
what was going on. Staff/management changes - not notified. Covid rules change - not notified.

Food is poor at times, depending on chefs.
Food is not hot sometimes, only warm.
Porridge lumping.
No hot food in the evening (when out on an appointment, maybe evening dinner)
Seems to have gone downhill (food only).

I have experienced a good experience of my nanny being at this home. The staff are exceptionally helpful and any queries raised have been dealt with straight away.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision for Mum. The rooms are clean and comfortable, she's enjoying the food and the care is excellent. Above all, we know she is in safe hands. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone has gone out of their way to welcome her and us. After
only a short while, we can see a vast improvement in her. We are very grateful for the love and care shown.

The staff are amazing, they are kind and very friendly to the residents and their family members. My mother has taken time to settle due to her dementia, but the support from the staff has been brilliant. We know she is in safe hands.

My mother was very apprehensive about going in care for the three days whilst we attended a wedding for the weekend. It was her first time in care. We need not have worried as she came home at the end of the weekend with nothing but praise for the home and staff. We can be safe knowing that if we needed
to go away again, Mum will be in safe hands and enjoy her time at the home.

The friendly staff are very caring, keep you updated and explain your relative's care and any concerns you may have. The gardens are calming and very safety conscious with good seating for families to sit with their relatives.

On the two occasions I have visited, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The residence appears very well maintained and clean. It doesn't feel like a care home, therefore it is a pleasant place to visit.

The support and care given to my father, after sadly losing his wife after 67 years, is second to none. Although a dementia sufferer, they have given so much time and effort to him. They are always available to family and always very friendly. Although my father's health is declining, I know he is as
happy and settled as he could be. I thoroughly recommend Mantles Court for senior residential care.

Initially looking for respite care for Mum in May/June and went to look at Mantle’s Court. I was greeted by the home manager who made me feel so welcome. She showed me around the home and to the staff. I knew straight away this was the place for Mum so I could go away knowing she would be well cared
for.
Due to a fall at home, I needed to arrange emergency care and the home manager came to my rescue and arranged it while I went away. What was a very stressful time for me was made so much easier for which I am so grateful.
Mum's family went to visit her and all spoke so highly of all the staff and how well she had settled in such a homely setting.
Mum had a lovely time making new friends and enjoying the activities and entertainment - singing and clapping along and tapping her feet.
I know that when the time comes for permanent care this is the place I would choose. The staff are a real credit to the home and I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave Mum.

Moved Mum in before Christmas. She has mild dementia at the moment and needs some watching. The home assessed her very quickly, provided plenty of support when moving her in and have really looked after her. Staff are very friendly and helpful, building is kept clean and well designed. Would not hesitate
to recommend Mantles to someone else.

My mother entered the home on 7/12/2021. Whilst in the home, her general condition has vastly improved with the care she has received. The staff are amazing and have made my mum feel at home. It's a pleasure to visit her as she seems happy. We look forward to being able to enjoy the lovely gardens when

They have an important role in maintaining our infection, prevention and control standards to make sure our residents stay well.

They also create and provide fine dining events, using Quantum Care’s award-winning Dining Club concept.
