Starting her career as a support worker in Nottingham, Emma has risen through the ranks through hard work and passion, gaining extensive expertise in commissioning services, elderly care, dementia care and supporting adults with learning disabilities and dual sensory loss. Throughout her career, Emma has been driven by a commitment to improving the lives of those in their care, consistently striving to meet and exceed regulatory standards. Emma is known for her leadership, compassion, and ability to inspire teams to provide exceptional, person-centred care. Emma has two children and loves holidays, walks and spending time with her family.

Currently based at Hamberley’s luxurious Edwalton Manor care home, Louise serves as the first point of contact for individuals and families looking for outstanding care. I am the Clinical Lead nurse at Edwalton Manor.

I qualified as a nurse in 1980. I have worked in many fields of nursing from the NHS to the Private sector. Brining all that together, I have a vast knowledge that helps me in my role today. I have as much pride and passion in my role today as I did when I was just a young girl.

I love holidays in the sun, and I am working my way down a large Bucket list, having recently enjoyed parasailing in Turkey. I enjoy fine wines and dining out. Happy with life and all it throws at you.

Alice is a dedicated well-being coach at Edwalton Manor Care Home, where she helps residents remain active and independent through movement therapy (which she trained in during lockdown), mindfulness practices, and enjoyable outings. She is also a trustee of RDAN, where she works to raise awareness and understanding of dementia in the local community. In her free time, Alice enjoys dancing, creating art, performing in local musicals, and leading dance sessions focused on well-being, bringing creativity and warmth to her work.

Anca is a Business Administrator with over 8 years of experience in care homes and a background in accounting. She ensures smooth operations and financial accuracy in her role. Outside of work, Anca enjoys crafts and spending quality time with her family and friends, bringing warmth and positivity to the care home community.

Paula is the Hotel Services Manager at Edwalton Manor Care Home, having previously served as sous chef and head chef. With a background in the hospitality and leisure industry, she oversees the kitchen, domestic services, laundry, and overall aesthetics to ensure a welcoming environment. In her free time, Paula loves spending time with her grandchildren, relaxing, and enjoying holidays.
