Staff keep an eye out for emotional distress in clients and will maybe 'have a chat' if they suspect a client is worried about anything or are in pain. I should also like to say that they do care for their residents. My friend who is a resident has certainly not made any complaints to me about the well-presented food and she certainly would if unhappy.
There is no recreation room now, had to be put into a dining room. The food is not so good and not enough variety. The price has gone us twice since she has been there since November 2022.

I have been so impressed with the care of my mum both physically and emotionally. She was very reluctant to come to a care home but I think the experience has changed her opinion of care homes as it has been a positive experience. The dedication of the staff to keep her safe and well and moving forward physically has been second to none. She arrived not being able to walk and left being able to walk with a frame.

Debbie has over 15 years’ experience in care in Domiciliary care and eventually moved over to residential care as she wanted to be more involved with the residents, families and staff.
