I have worked in healthcare since the age of 16, working in care homes in Bournemouth. I continued to progress and trained as a nurse in London, specialising in the operating theatres. I have now been in social care for the last 10 years as a registered manager and area support. I am passionate about providing high-quality care to the residents.
