Jolene is a dedicated and passionate manager, she has worked in the care sector for over ten years, starting as a care assistant and progressing to Home Manager. She is passionate about caring for the elderly and believes in delivering the best person-centred care. She loves to hear about the individual memories and experiences of her residents and to give them the high-quality care they deserve.
Jess Grayson is our Customer Relations Manager at Hermitage House Care Home. Jess will be the first point of contact for new care enquiries to ensure a smooth transition is created for families moving into a care home setting. She is excited to plan events that bring joy to residents at the home and to support the Thrapston community however she can.
Sarah is one of our Deputy Managers at Hermitage House. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge in building meaningful relationships and brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach to her role.
Gyalbo is our Client Services Manager and is responsible for the warm welcome you'll receive at Hermitage House. He is on hand to offer refreshments to our visitors and ensure our home environment is always immaculate.
Louise is our friendly and organised Home Administrator at Hermitage House. She supports residents, families, and the team with day-to-day admin and ensures everything runs smoothly. With a passion for person-centred care, Louise helps create a welcoming home.
Jess and Maggie are our Wellbeing team at Hermitage House, and they spend their time organising events, but also ensuring something is going on in the home. They ensure that all the residents are kept active and connected through activities that they can enjoy throughout the months. They also enjoy getting to know what our residents enjoy and making sure there’s always something meaningful for them to take part in.
Donna is a Care Assistant and supports residents with their daily needs, always offering a friendly face and a helping hand. She takes pride in making sure residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Donna is always willing to help and support our residents in any way that she can.
