Our all inclusive fee gives peace of mind and allows residents to enjoy our facilities and services without having to worry about extra costs. It includes a monthly appointment at our onsite hair salon, regular chiropody appointments, a full and varied activity program, annual eye tests, annual dental check ups and transport and accompaniment to medical appointments where necessary.

Very happy with the care that Dad is receiving. His physical health is much improved from when he was living alone. Staff are lovely, very caring and patient with Dad. Excellent facilities and a good choice of menu offered every day, Would recommend this fantastic establishment.

Staff are very friendly and so happy to help, my uncle feels at home and comfortable in his lovely room and the staff are always helpful and caring. The building is clean and tidy and fresh. From the minute my uncle arrived, all of the staff have made not only him welcome but all of his family and friends.
I have been in many care homes, at Millcroft, and the decor, care, staff and facilities are second to none.

My mother-in-law received excellent care the entire time she was at Millcroft. The staff were very caring and nothing was too much trouble. She became very fond of the staff. Right up to the end, she was treated with absolute dignity.
The staff were also very caring towards the relatives and kept us
fully informed of any changes in his treatment.

All staff at Millcroft from top to bottom are amazing. I could not single anyone out because they are all outstanding, approachable and supportive. During the two years Mum has been there, they have adapted to suit her needs (this was particularly evident following a recent stay in hospital). They are
on top of her medication, which was a relief to hand over. They do lots of extras to make her feel more at home, like changing her TV channel and finding time to chat if she is in a low mood. They're always ready to listen and happy to give updates. I feel we work together as a team to give care, love and support to my mum.

Had to bring my relative here in an emergency after numerous falls and home became quite a dangerous place to be for her. We were met with genuine kindness, understanding and support. Whilst here, my relative has thrived, she is happy, settled and very well cared for. This also helps us a s we feel
that she is in the right place. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I would fully recommend Millcroft.

Such a lovely home. Staff couldn't be nicer, would recommend it to anyone needing a place for a family member/loved one. Activities are wonderful and food is exceptional. Always have events on for the residents and community.

From the day that the manager visited my Nan in hospital a weight has been lifted from our hearts. Millcroft and all of it's super heroes have been amazing. We as a family felt very lost when Nan was no longer able to live in her own home. Now we have peace when we go to bed at night. We don't have
to worry, all of the staff at Millcroft are earth angels and I shall be eternally grateful to them. Thank you so much for all the care and love you show to Nan and all of us.

My dad entered Millcroft for two weeks respite care when his wife was admitted to hospital. I cannot speak highly enough about all the staff at the home. They have cared for all his needs and encouraged his independence and kept us fully informed. The building itself is welcoming, warm, airy and beautifully
decorated. I would highly recommend Millcroft.

We visited my sister today and had a lovely lunch, as much tea and coffee as we wanted. The home was clean, the staff was helpful, treated us with great care and made us feel so welcome. I’m constantly visiting Millcroft and have got to know most of the staff, however, I’m so impressed with the attitude and dedication of the staff I absolutely know this is the best place my dad could have decided to call his home. Recently I bought a phone for my dad as he’s never used a touch screen
phone before. While he’s learning and due to Parkinson’s he’s finding it difficult, I’ve seen staff helping educate him and guide him even though it’s highly frustrating. A workplace will only ever be as good as the staff that work within the care environment. This is abundantly clear the recruitment process is good asking with how staff are treated. Thank you as this makes a huge difference to my father and his family, very much appreciate it.
