After having a stroke and no longer able to care for my Mum Millcroft were amazing with the help we required. The manager came to the house and answered all questions and concerns. She put us at ease and supported us with the move. Mum was reassured at every possible moment. Since November my Mum has
decided to stay. The care both physically and mentally provided is excellent and every member of staff are professional treating us as a family with utmost respect and dignity. The rooms are luxurious and Mum has her personal photos and bits and bobs around her, all meals are home-cooked and Mum thoroughly enjoys them. I would recommend this home to anyone. It is like a 5-star hotel, we can visit anytime and also take the dogs in to see her.
I would like to thank the manager and all the staff for taking the worry out of a very stressful situation. My Mum is very happy living at Millcroft and it is so nice to see the interaction between staff and residents. There is a lot of laughing.
