My mother has been in Hatfield Manor for several months now and has been made to feel very welcome. She has found the transition from her own home difficult but the care staff have been brilliant and she now feels really settled .The nurses have taken really good care of her and have met all of her
needs through vigilant observation and getting to know her well . The carers are very good very friendly and approachable and it feels like a lovely family unit. The organisers of the entertainment do an excellent job and offer a range of activities and encouragement to join in. The home is kept very clean .

My mum was a resident for just a short while at Hatfield Manor before she passed away peacefully there. As a family we couldn't thank a particular staff member and her team more for all the wonderful care and love they gave her.
All though mum was in a great deal of pain and discomfort and she was
coming nearing the time to say goodbye, everyone treated her with dignity and respect.

I have limited care home experience, however, a friend of mine is now living at Hatfield Manor. She is happy and mixing well with others in the arena of activities that is provided. The staff look after her really well and every interaction with her takes her needs, thoughts, and preferences into consideration.
I've had the opportunity to enjoy lunch with her and the food was excellent and I was treated as another member of their extended household. Overall, an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely delighted with the care that my father is receiving from Hatfield Manor. The facilities are wonderful and well maintained and it is great to see that there are always enough staff on hand to provide assistance when required. The management are really friendly and very helpful. But it
is the staff themselves who really make it. They really are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure that the residents have fun things to do and are treated as individuals. The amount of social events and outings organised for the residents is impressive. My father was at another care facility prior to Hatfield Manor and wouldn't join in with anything. He is now a willing participant of most events and clearly enjoys them. The difference in the care provided is quite astounding. I am so grateful to everybody at Hatfield Manor, thank you.

His room didn't look like it had been hoovered in several days. Table not been wiped over for ages. The home itself was very clean and had a lovely smell.

Mum has been at Hatfield Manor for around 10 weeks after 30 years in her own home. The team have been welcoming and caring and the facilities are wonderful. Mum seems to be settling well and really likes the staff from the housekeeping team up to management and of course the carers.
Of course, issues
arise but everyone is keen for feedback and to help resolve anything.

Mum is very well looked after and staff go all the way to make sure she is happy and safe. Facilities are great and the staff provide opportunities for the guests to be entertained. Telephone use is difficult, Phone is not always answered and signal is not very good.

Mother-in-law moved into Hatfield Manor back in November 2023. She was given six months to live back in June 2023, 14 months ago. She has come along well since moving here. The staff are so caring and do anything for my mother-in-law. They also treat us as part of the Hatfield Manor family.

This place puts my mind at ease. The staff here are so kind and caring and do their utmost to make life as good as they can for the residents and their families. They cooperate with relatives rather than setting rules. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The rooms are like hotel rooms, big and clean,
but with the freedom to add personal pictures photos, etc. This is an excellent and uplifting place.

The home, I would like to call it home, not a care home as my husband calls this place home or hotel. He seems happy here thanks to all the professionals and loving care he receives from 'all the professionals working hard to keep him happy and safe. My experience so far has been so lovely as I can
see my husband is settling nicely in his new home. This is his 5th day since his admission, and he felt so happy and safe that he called me last night and said that he would like to come and get me to be here with him as he feels happy here. Since that phone call I felt so reassured. So thank you so much for looking after my husband.

Hatfield Manor has such a good atmosphere. As soon as I walk in, I fear that everything is calm and running well. The decor is so good and it always looks clean and cared for. I cannot thank the staff a Hatfield Manor enough for their wonderful attention, patience empathy and care for my 98-year-old mother. She is blind and deaf and suffers from dementia so she needs to watch constantly. She spent five appalling months in her previous home where she needed five ambulances
for multiple serious injuries, finally necessitating a month in hospital. She is lucky to be alive but the greatest good fortune is ending up at Hatfield Manor to live out her days with dignity and proper care.
