This place puts my mind at ease. The staff here are so kind and caring and do their utmost to make life as good as they can for the residents and their families. They cooperate with relatives rather than setting rules. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The rooms are like hotel rooms, big and clean, but with the freedom to add personal pictures photos, etc. This is an excellent and uplifting place.

The home, I would like to call it home, not a care home as my husband calls this place home or hotel. He seems happy here thanks to all the professionals and loving care he receives from 'all the professionals working hard to keep him happy and safe. My experience so far has been so lovely as I can see my husband is settling nicely in his new home. This is his 5th day since his admission, and he felt so happy and safe that he called me last night and said that he would like to come and get me to be here with him as he feels happy here. Since that phone call I felt so reassured. So thank you so much for looking after my husband.

Hatfield Manor has such a good atmosphere. As soon as I walk in, I fear that everything is calm and running well. The decor is so good and it always looks clean and cared for. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. My sister is happy and friendly. My sister is happy here, and that is the most important thing.

I cannot thank the staff a Hatfield Manor enough for their wonderful attention, patience empathy and care for my 98-year-old mother. She is blind and deaf and suffers from dementia so she needs to watch constantly. She spent five appalling months in her previous home where she needed five ambulances for multiple serious injuries, finally necessitating a month in hospital. She is lucky to be alive but the greatest good fortune is ending up at Hatfield Manor to live out her days with dignity and proper care.

Very good and attentive care. My mu was in safe hands at Hatfield Manor. The care staff were very professional and kind. We never had cause for concern over her wellbeing.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your mum. (Name: Vera Moreira-Henocq Email: vera.moreira-henocq@moraruk.co Position: Home Manager)
The home is beautiful, from the elegant reception area to the spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms and communal spaces. Hatfield Manor is not like any care home that I have ever been in, it always smells and looks lovely and clean, the staff are motivated and the residents seem very content and well looked after.
The home manager and the staff are excellent. Every member of staff that I met smiled and introduced themselves on the first meeting, always said hello and couldn't have been kinder to us when our mother passed away.
Hatfield Manor is a supreme example of how a care home should be and I would highly recommend it.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your mum. (Name: Vera Moreira-Henocq Email: vera.moreira-henocq@moraruk.co Position: Home Manager)
We were offered a place at Hatfield Manor on November 2nd. Mum took residence on Monday 6th, she was confident and content with the knowledge that the home and staff were going to make her final weeks as comfortable as possible. The family can only offer sincere gratitude to all at Hatfield Manor for the care, kindness and love given to Mum and the family. Thank you

It provided her the safety and palliative support she needed whilst enabling her to continue to live independently for as long as possible. The staff there were amazing. The home manager and her team provided outstanding care from day one.
The staff really cared for my sister, and we were very touched when seven of the team attended her funeral. The in-house nursing team took great care of my sister's complex medical needs.
My sister was able to remain in the home for end-of-life care, surrounded by her family and being cared for by staff who knew and cared very much for her. The support my family and I received from the staff was incredible.
I will be forever grateful to the team for taking such great care of my sister.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure looking after your sister.
I know my husband is getting top-class care from such caring people.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your husband.
My best friend was a resident and sadly passed away to a terminal disease. The care myself and her family was shown was outstanding. Every single carer showed how much care they had for my friend. They looked after her when we were not there. The care home was so clean and tidy. It was my friend's birthday recently and the care home went all out for her... they got her three cakes and decorated the lounge. They sung to her and made her feel extra special. I am totally overwhelmed that my friend spent her last few months in a place she could call home. A huge thank you to each and every one of the staff at Hatfield Manor. For me a big shout out to one member of staff in particular who stood out for me and showed such respect to my best friend. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your friend.
A big thank you to the team from management all the way done to the team.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your relative.
Care overlapped a change of management with new manager, much more effective and efficient, implementing changes to security with immediate effect. Care and nursing staff extremely dedicated and considerate of client needs. Food provided was excellent in standard, nutrition and presentation, but adaptation needed to choices to allow for more traditional tastes of elderly clients e.g. stews, meat and 2 veg and gravy, etc. Menus not displayed which would help relatives. That said, chefs were amenable to change to soft foods or offer to cook alternatives. New manager implementing once a month communication/meet with families which is much appreciated as home becomes busier and more occupied.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your relative. I can confirm that at Hatfield Manor we value everyone's feedback and use it in a way to improve our services to higher standards. Home Manager
The carers treated him with absolute love and care throughout his six weeks with Hatfield Manor. Nothing was any trouble. Both my mum and I could leave him every night knowing that he was safe and being treated with humanity.
The accommodation, facilities, and provisions were first class. I can't recommend enough.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is an absolute pleasure looking after your stepfather. (Position: Home Manager)
The care my father-in-law is receiving is first-class. The staff are all caring in a very professional manner. My father-in-law was very nervous at the start but settled so quickly with the help of the staff. He is smiley, and comfortable and loves to praise the staff. The food is of an excellent standard and plentiful. As a family, we are all overjoyed with everything.
