My sister has been in the home for approximately a month, and the improvement in her has been amazing. Previous homes, she had lost weight and being a very fussy eater, they did not provide the food she needed. The chef here is brilliant, hence she has gained some weight back. The staff are so friendly and helpful, what has been a stressful time for all the family and my sister, has been minimised by the fantastic staff and helpers. She has settled in well and loves where she is.

Hatfield Manor is an amazing care home. Dad has Alzheimer's and from day one everyone has done their upmost to give him the care he needs. He has a real bond with the carers and the staff, they treat him with exceptional care, understanding, concern, respect and dignity. My mum was a resident for just a short while at Hatfield Manor before she passed away peacefully there. As a family we couldn't thank a particular staff member and her team more for all the wonderful care and love they gave her.
All though mum was in a great deal of pain and discomfort and she was coming nearing the time to say goodbye, everyone treated her with dignity and respect.

Thank you to everyone

I have limited care home experience, however, a friend of mine is now living at Hatfield Manor. She is happy and mixing well with others in the arena of activities that is provided. The staff look after her really well and every interaction with her takes her needs, thoughts, and preferences into consideration. I've had the opportunity to enjoy lunch with her and the food was excellent and I was treated as another member of their extended household. Overall, an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely delighted with the care that my father is receiving from Hatfield Manor. The facilities are wonderful and well maintained and it is great to see that there are always enough staff on hand to provide assistance when required. The management are really friendly and very helpful. But it is the staff themselves who really make it. They really are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure that the residents have fun things to do and are treated as individuals. The amount of social events and outings organised for the residents is impressive. My father was at another care facility prior to Hatfield Manor and wouldn't join in with anything. He is now a willing participant of most events and clearly enjoys them. The difference in the care provided is quite astounding. I am so grateful to everybody at Hatfield Manor, thank you.

Mum has been at Hatfield Manor for around 10 weeks after 30 years in her own home. The team have been welcoming and caring and the facilities are wonderful. Mum seems to be settling well and really likes the staff from the housekeeping team up to management and of course the carers.

Of course, issues arise but everyone is keen for feedback and to help resolve anything.
