Very impressed with the care and dedication that all the staff have given to my mother. Always above and beyond. We are also free to welcome to visit at any time and made to feel very welcome. The staff are very welcoming. My mother is well cared for and we feel happy with the attention that she receives.

Thoroughly enjoyable two weeks of respite care, although more of a holiday week. Live very local so first choice for such a break. Will undoubtedly return in early 2024 for a similar break. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. More like a 'family' break. Can't wait for a repeat! Facilities very
good, but marked down because I felt a simple exercise room would be beneficial, with a treadmill, exercise bike, and upper body equipment.

My room was lovely, lovely outlook and clean and tidy. The staff are all angels and the management all come to introduce themselves. The facilities are brilliant, you can't fault anything at Parley Place. The food and drink are class-I need to buy new trousers! The activities are very well organised
and well thought out, I enjoyed the word games. All the staff made me feel safe. Excellent value for money-first class home! Most enjoyable experience and would come back again.

Parley Place Care Home is truly exceptional! Our first visit was on a sunny Sunday afternoon, we had not made an appointment but we were welcomed openly. The first thing that struck us was laughter coming from the direction of the garden where several residents were enjoying tea and cake. The feeling
of a warm, caring community was quite striking.
Within five days we had made all the necessary arrangements to move Mum to Parley Place, she is now happy, feels safe, eating well and is truly enjoying her stay. Mum has said on multiple occasions that when the staff ask her how she is - she feels they are interested in her answer. The building itself is stunning and the staff are knowledgeable, kind and caring. My husband and I cannot think of an improvement that would make Parley Place any better and more importantly, neither can Mum.

Since December 2022 my mother has been a resident at Parley Place. Since this time my sister and I have become a member of the family here. All staff are on first-name terms. The care is outstanding and my mother has the best care and lifestyle possible. The transition was seamless and a positive move.

Dad was fast-tracked into the care home experience due to his fall and a broken hip. We had talked about homes for the future but never thought it would happen now. From being assessed in the hospital, Parley Place have supported not just Dad's but Mum's well-being and my own. Dad is now safe and happy
and cared for and that enabled s to make our adjustments too. With all my heart, I thank them in what is a very, very emotional and difficult time.

From the moment I walked in, I had not made an appointment, I was greeted very warmly by all staff and the residents were walking around the garden with their frames and then they all had tea and cake outside it was lovely to see. I was totally 100% impressed on my whole visit I could not fault anything,
thank you all for making us so welcome, a five-star hotel with carers to match.

I arrived like a streak of cooked spaghetti and after three days I was almost ready to go home. The temptation to stay was present but must be confronted. The great joy is that, given space, I could come back when and if necessary as I have promised my sons. The time passed very pleasantly with mindless
scrabble, snap and the magic table, supported by the brilliant staff - every one of whom was caring, delightful, and always ready to cheer one and help in general.
The ornaments and pictures throughout the building contributed to the luxury hotel rather than a care home ambience. Not to mention the bubble bath!

Since arriving in the UK I have had the privilege of supporting nursing and residential homes, leading outstanding teams to ensure safe, excellent and person-centred care is delivered to our customers.


My passion and vision for Parley Place is that all who live and work in our home will feel valued, loved and included. That we will build good, strong relationships together ensuring an ethos of trust, openness, honesty and fulfilled lives.
