This is a excellent care home very clean warm and the kindness of the staff is amazing, especially the lady at the front desk, who always smiles and cannot do enough for you ,very kind polite and professional a credit to the care home !

I often visit my friend at Coopers Croft and the building is lovely. All staff are very welcoming & friendly. I feel my friend is looked after extremely well. The food is lovely I have often stayed for lunch. Very modern decor, very attentive to my friends needs.

Mum has settled very quickly into this beautiful care home. She has been stimulated and encouraged with daily activities. Her room is lovely. Everything is catered for. Having done everything for mum over the last few years. It is such a relief to see her so happy and socialising here.

I would highly recommend Coopers Croft to anyone. My husband has dementia and renal sarcoidosis, so has multiple needs. These are being met on all fronts with efficiency, kindness, humour and knowledge of every resident's specific needs. Food is to a resident's taste. Another excellent thing is that
they encourage residents to become as independent as possible. They keep me informed immediately of any problems or need for in-depth information.

The staff team at Coopers Croft are wonderful, supportive, encouraging, caring and respectful. My mum's move to Coopers Croft was confusing for her, but the comfort of the home, and the dignity and respect the team have given, alongside the welcoming smiles of other residents has made such a difficult
time so much easier. The changing and creative activities programme is wonderful, and lots of fun. We feel happy that mum is safe and well supported here.

I have only good words to say about Coopers Croft. Since mum became a resident, she has been looked after so well and with the upmost care. Her room is lovely and is always kept clean and the facilities are first class. The food is always lovely and snacks and fresh fruit means that mum is never hungry.
The best thing of all though are the wonderful staff who do everything they can to ensure that mum feels happy, safe and looked after. We feel lucky that mum lives here.

My friend has been at Coopers Croft for four months and I have been visiting weekly since then. On every visit I have found the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and I am always made to feel welcome. The home is beautifully clean and
my friend is very well cared for. I am also impressed with the range of activities available for the residents to participate in.

My mother recently moved into this home. She has been very well looked after. The staff are attentive and have got to know her and her personal preferences very quickly. The facilities are excellent. As far as I can assess the care is very good.

My Dad has been a resident now since March 2024 and is very happy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Family are welcome at any time and can join in the events. I would recommend Coopers to anyone for either restbite or a more permanent say.
