My uncle moved into Coopers Croft in Nov 2023 and has been really happy and content here. The staff have been amazing and they made made him welcome and cared for. The home itself is fabulous and feels like a 5 star hotel. As visitors it is a pleasure to come and we have felt part of the family. The activities that Anita organises for the residents, family and wider community is amazing, and like nothing/nowhere else. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

From the moment we came through the door the warmest welcome awaites us. My mum instantly wanted to stay for 4 week on the spot. All of the staff at Coopers Croft are amazing I have met pretty much everyone here. The care is exceptional, and everyone is always smiling and happy. There is great interaction with all of the residents and staff and the standard of care and attention to detail is fantastic. I have told my friends and colleagues about Coopers and I would not hesitate to bring a relative here, its that good I could book in myself. When mum makes for assisted living we want to keep in touch and volunteer where we can because one day mum might need to come back. We wish she could stay here.

Coopers Croft is most welcoming to both residents and visitors. The staff from management, carers, hospitality and laundry and cleaners have all been very supportive and pleasant to deal with and great with the residents. The premises are superb as are the rooms and we especially like the garden rooms which offer privacy and on occasion visitors have dined with residents upon providing 24hr notice. The food is extremely good and varied. We have had no reservations in choosing Coopers Croft for our elderly friend above all the other local care homes we inspected over the last few months.

I would highly recommend Coopers Croft to anyone. My husband has dementia and renal sarcoidosis, so has multiple needs. These are being met on all fronts with efficiency, kindness, humour and knowledge of every resident's specific needs. Food is to a resident's taste. Another excellent thing is that they encourage residents to become as independent as possible. They keep me informed immediately of any problems or need for in-depth information.

The staff team at Coopers Croft are wonderful, supportive, encouraging, caring and respectful. My mum's move to Coopers Croft was confusing for her, but the comfort of the home, and the dignity and respect the team have given, alongside the welcoming smiles of other residents has made such a difficult time so much easier. The changing and creative activities programme is wonderful, and lots of fun. We feel happy that mum is safe and well supported here.

I have only good words to say about Coopers Croft. Since mum became a resident, she has been looked after so well and with the upmost care. Her room is lovely and is always kept clean and the facilities are first class. The food is always lovely and snacks and fresh fruit means that mum is never hungry. The best thing of all though are the wonderful staff who do everything they can to ensure that mum feels happy, safe and looked after. We feel lucky that mum lives here.
